Experiencia fantástica: CFEX is a great community gym with a passionate owner (Gordon). He always has a smile on his face and a positive attitude. I am an L2 coach that moved here from FL and have been moving around gyms due to the uncertainty of my job. CFEX I’ve been enjoying. The programming is quite challenging, but infinitely scalable and written out so you can manage your expectations. There are members of all levels and I can tell the coaches care about making the workouts approachable. The barbells are great here which is hard to find at gyms, very smooth. There’s a kitchenette if you want to store drinks during your workout and spare rooms for changing if you’re coming from or going to work.
