Experiencia positiva: I really wanted to like this gym. It’s very close to me and has gorgeous equipment. It’s empty early in the morning and has a stunning view of the sunrise. Locker rooms are perfect, and the little amenities are nice. The security guards downstairs are super sweet, and the managers are very helpful. I loved how there aren’t employees there all the time and you can still access the gym. Last I checked there aren’t a lot of classes available, maybe it’s changed since then. The main problem I kept having is my key card wouldn’t work. I had to ask the security guard to escort me up every morning. Even when I was able to catch gym employees early in the morning, they weren’t able to find a solution even after multiple attempts. Going to this gym became inconvenient for this reason and I didn’t really want to have to ask the security guard to escort me every single morning. So I cancelled my membership. I’m sure not everyone has this problem, but unfortunately I did and there was never a resolution.
