Experiencia fantástica: Fixed on Fitness really is different from any other gym. Josh, Kenzie and Kayla are amazing trainers and all super friendly! The program is challenging but easy for a beginner to pick up. I've felt comfortable and welcome since the first day I joined. I love FoF!

Lots of scaling down for a newbie, lots of encouragement to everyone working out at different levels, and a definite overall positive attitude toward working out! I would highly recommend. And will return tomorrow!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing! I went for a week with the free week opportunity they offer and got hooked after the first day! Great atmosphere, very friendly staff and people in the group classes. Definitely a must if you're looking to get in better shape and stay that way! They focus on the whole body and muscles you never knew you weren't working out anywhere else! Going through things that are holding me back now but as soon as I can I will be going there on a regular!!! The first step is going, everything else just falls into place. And for new comers they walk you through everything and help you to become the best version of yourself!! 10/10 gym for sure.
