Experiencia fantástica: When my 15 year old told me he wanted to get “shredded” I knew we were going to have to find someone to assist him in this endeavor as Google and YouTube can only take one so far. I hopped on the Stuart Moms Facebook group and found Cody at The Center Gym to be highly recommended. My son began training with him 3 times per week and improved his diet with Cody’s guidance. After 6 weeks, we could see changes as he was starting to lean out and get stronger. Now, he continues to meal prep and workout at the gym on his own using the knowledge he gained from his sessions with Cody. I’m extremely grateful that we found Cody when we did! My son has learned a lot about the body, nutrition, as well as how to safely and properly lift weights, which are all skills that he’ll use for the rest of his life.
