Experiencia fantástica: Had to leave a review because we are moving and we wish we could take this gym with us. This place was so amazing, I’m planning to make the long drive every couple of weeks. In a few months I got a lot stronger but more importantly less hurt than I would at other gyms. They actually help you with your form and guide you through the workouts. We were worried when they brought in new coaches, but they are just as awesome. Make sure to visit coach Ryan in the 7 a.m. class, that’s the best group. If you want a great gym with a solid community that makes you feel good, go here! We are going to miss this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Sheepdog Athletics is more then just a gym, it’s a place I have gone to escape life for a bit and has mentally been one of the best decisions I could have ever made. I always wanted to get back in shape and see what the CrossFit world had to offer but I could never will myself into doing it but the staff and other athletes there were awesome and welcoming and are always there to offer advice and motivation to help you reach your goals. From the personal coaching to the group classes they make the workouts fun and enjoyable. I highly recommend coming in and taking a look to see what they have to offer.
