The gym is always clean and organized, there are excellent very knowledgeable coaches that can work with anyone regardless of experience level. If you are looking for one on one training I highly recommend Daniel he is very very good with the mitts and is very educated on the sport of boxing as a whole.

The coaches are amazing and really personable, they legitimately get to know you as a person and aim to help you grow as a boxer (or whatever goals you have). The gym is kept nice and clean, and they have great quality equipment. This isn’t a gym where boxing is just a fitness class, this is a BOXING gym. Their hours make it really easy to adapt a busy schedule, and their open gym packages are the best rates I’ve seen in any other boxing gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming to Irongloves for just over 2 years and this is by far the best boxing gym I've ever been to. From the time you walk in you feel welcome. Joe and Renene (owners) are very friendly and approachable and go above and beyond to make sure your needs are satisfied. The gym itself is on the smaller side but its always very clean and organized which makes up for it. They have tons of bags and equipment (including a weight room) so you'll be able to do pretty much any workout imaginable. They ofter open gym, personal training, and even a sparring class on Saturdays all offered at reasonable prices. The coaching staff is very knowledge and friendly. I've made significant improvement in my skill level since I started and I attribute that to the coaches. Especially John, I've trained with him for almost a year and that man really knows his stuff. Him, Joe (head coach), and the rest of the coaching staff genuinely care about your improvement and if you put in the work you'll see results guarantied. The members at gym are very friendly and there's a variety of sizes and styles so you will easily be able to find partners to train/spar with. All and all if you are looking for a boxing gym in the Phoenix area look no further. Irongloves is affordable, clean, has a convenient location, and the staff/members makes this place feel like one big family.
