Experiencia fantástica: This place was my first experience ever with pole and it really sparked my interest in the sport/dance. It's a very nice and welcoming studio, it has a great atmosphere to it. The instructors are all awesome, I've had classes with most of them and they make you feel welcome and have fun. I do wish there were a few more options for beginner classes as a lot focus on more advanced choreo or tricks imo, but I definitely would recommend Pole Prowess whether you are a complete beginner with their intro and Pole 1 classes or a more advanced poler interested in working on flow or tricks.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this studio! Everyone is super friendly! NO BODY SHAMING HERE! I’ve taken several intro classes and all the instructors all have something different to offer! I love that it is EXTREMELY REASONABLY PRICED!!! I feel like I get all the bang for my buck here!! I have recommended to my friends and look forward to continuing my fitness journey here!

Experiencia fantástica: I had been thinking about taking a class for awhile and finally pulled the trigger. It was really laid back, nonjudgmental, and overall fun! Surprised at how much I enjoyed it and am already looking forward to being back.
