Experiencia fantástica: This is probably one of the best places you can workout as an overweight woman and not feel intimidated or like you don’t belong. Every instructor makes you feel like you for right in each class no matter what it is.

Experiencia fantástica: I go there 3-5 times a week to use the sauna while my wife works out. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. 10 out of 10 I would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a member for 3 years, only missing classes when things closed down for Covid, I had to cancel recently due to a change in my work schedule, but I would join again in a heartbeat. I never thought of my self as the type of person to take classes at the gym or workout in a group, so that is why I wanted to write this review - if you're on the fence and not sure whether you could workout in a group, I highly recommend giving it a try. The classes are so small it is easy to feel like you're the only one, but there are enough people who know what they're doing so you can look around to learn what to do. You don't have to be super outgoing to have a good time and get a great workout - and eventually you might surprise yourself with the connections you make with others.

Experiencia fantástica: Great atmosphere and even better results. The vibe is cool and relaxed... there’s an oversized couch, tables to sit at, wine selection, and I think coffee too. I come for the Pilates which was new to me until pretty recently. The instructors lookout for newbies and are attentive. In the short time I’ve been coming I’ve seen (and my family has seen) noticeable results. I’ve heard great things about the other classes (spin, yoga, hiit). Something for everyone here.
