The Gym of Tucson

Experiencia fantástica: I have been training at the Gym of Tucson for almost 1-1/2 years. I was in search of a lifestyle change and caught wind of this gym through one of my professors at the UofA. As a person who struggles to fit in, I fell into place quite well here. The programming at this gym caters to my specific needs. I needed accountability, nutritional guidance, and one on one training. I personally don’t take the group sessions as a preference, but it is apparent that the same amount of effort is put into group sessions as personal training sessions. It is wonderful to observe. Not only have I experienced success here, but I have changed my lifestyle and decreased my mortality rate significantly. The trainers here know what they’re doing and don’t put us up against unrealistic standards. They don’t push us to strive for false aesthetics for social media clout. It’s about daily growth, community, and all around wellness here. That’s why I chose to train here. They’re just good at getting people healthy and keeping them healthy. PERIOD.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had nothing but a great experience since I started going to this gym back in June. I have tried out different gyms in the Tucson area for a couple years now but this gym has by far been the best. My first day there I was super nervous being in a new environment and remember being welcomed by Rosemary. It is a great place to work out, be held accountable when you’re slipping up, and feel supported by all the other members and trainers. Also a special shout out to Jade who is a trainer there and does an amazing job with her specialized workouts!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend! The growth and development between these individuals has extremely bloomed! The Gym of Tucson is a representation of growth, development, motivation, and big opportunities. Changing your habits and path for wellness isn't always easy as we tend to seek better care for ourselves. But here it's like family full of passion and positivity. Jade is amazing and the impact is wholeheartedly. Thank you for all you guys do, continue to change live's one workout at a time.

Experiencia fantástica: I've tried several gyms and training styles but never felt it was personalized until working with Rosemary and everyone at The Gym of Tucson. What I've most enjoyed is making life-long friends and finding a community for the first time in my life. We push each other to grow and be better versions of ourselves, but more importantly we love and support each other, always.

Rosemary embodies professionalism, knowledge and kindness and approaches each session with enthusiasm, positivity and encouragement. I have made so much progress and accomplished so many goals since beginning one on one training with Rosemary as Rosemary understands my unique needs and knows when I need pushing and when I need to scale back.I cannot say enough nice things about the gym of Tucson and the team of trainers there!
