Experiencia fantástica: Unify has been the best personal training experience I’ve had yet! The owners, Melissa and Brian, have been very accommodating and were so prompt when I reached out for more info. Amanda has been an incredible trainer and was able to address my weak spots with her PT knowledge to the point that I no longer feel pain when I workout. I feel stronger and have better endurance after just a few weeks. The body scan is a great tool for measuring your progress and I can’t wait to see how I’m tracking at my next scan! Fantastic team that is really invested in their clients :). Highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: I totally would recommend Unify Health & Fitness Studio. My daughter recommended going to them after I was diagnosis with high blood pressure. I had let myself go and gained more weight than I ever had. This was a wake-up call for me and I knew I had to do something about this. I joined Unify the beginning of February 2022 and started with one on one training. After that I joined their nutrition class and continued with group training. All the trainers are so knowledgeable, encouraging and super motivating. Their class sizes are perfect, and the trainers work with my schedule. They have helped me achieve different goals I didn’t think I would ever reach. One of the biggest things I learned with them is it’s a lifestyle change and not a diet. Not only is my blood pressure under control but I feel so much better and dropped two sizes. I look forward to continuing my journey with them and all the tools Unify has given me.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going for about a month now and have been VERY happy with the level of service and care. I don’t ever feel like I don’t belong there, everyone I’ve met has been friendly and welcoming, and the personal training is fantastic. Very pleased!
