It is like a second family that helps push me into doing better. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone regardless if you are just starting out or already an experienced fitness person. The classes are always informative with laughs along the way.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been searching for a kickboxing gym in order to get a full body work out after having my children! I researched different places but Donna greeted me with open arms, she was personable and friendly! Everyone I have met there - trainers, members, - have been so welcoming and encouraging! I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else ???? All you need to do is walk through the door! We will take care of the rest!

Very family and inclusive culture...regardless of fitness level. My observation: if you're committed...they're committed and will welcome you with open arms. Beyond the kickboxing and fitness training, they are incredible at developing the warrior spirit, ready to face the challenges of day to day life.
