Experiencia fantástica: I cannot tell everyone how amazing this place is, including the wonderful and helpful people running the gym. The trainers are all awesome, Cindy, Jessie and Jazmine! Super helpful to new clients, like my wife and I. We have been going for two weeks now and absolutely love the variation of workouts that are provided each day! This is definitely the place to push yourself and work for a great sweat!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never liked going to the gym. F45 changed all that! Cindy and her husband, George are amazing! Their two sons are trainers as well and do a great job too. I feel like I’m part of the family; like they care about me. I actually look forward to going to the gym now. Who would have thunk it?! F45 will test you but in a GREAT way! I love this gym and so will you!

All of trainers are amazing and great motivators, especially Miss Cindy!! She is the best and is always attentive and helpful! F45 Katy Westlake is a great family and I am so glad to be apart of it. You will always get a great and intense workout. I highly recommend coming here. I love it here :)

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy to be apart of the F45 Katy Westlake family! Since joining the gym back in May, I feel that I have gain so much strength and confidence in my workouts. This is all thanks to the trainers here. Especially the owner/coach Cindy, she is one of the most kindest and best trainers you will find. She is always finding ways to help me improve my form or pushing to go up in my weights.
