Experiencia fantástica: To me, PES is more than just a gym, it's a safe place that I can work on my health without the judgement I've felt at other fitness facilities. I love participating in the Womens Group - which is a group of women that meets in the evening on Tue/Thurs, and is dedicated to supporting each other while getting in better shape! The yoga class is awesome too! They offer virtual classes so you can namaste home and zen out! I encourage you to check it out!

Experiencia fantástica: Social anxiety is my toughest enemy, but the atmosphere here is very calm and welcoming.  The staff and people are super friendly and supportive.  I started here to begin working out before bariatric surgery. My trainer, Terry Miller, is fantastic.  She motivates me and worked with my limitations.  I have a shoulder issue and she researched ways to still work my arms without causing more pain. She even pokes her head out incase I'm having a bad day getting inside for my workout. Really don't think I would have gotten as far as I have without her.

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down the best facility I have ever been a member of. There is gym equipment for anyone, and everyone. All different levels of fitness, whether you're a beginner or an advanced athlete. From functional training, to accessory machines, and even equipment for strength & conditioning. The owners David & Maggie hold two of the kindest hearts I have ever encountered. They truly care about the gym, it's members, and the family that is within the gym. I have never felt more at home in a gym than I do when I step into PESFIT. 100/10 recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great deal. The equipment, facility, people, owner, and hours of operation are perfect for me. Got most of the stuff you need for a crossfit, lift, cardio or about any type workout you want to do. It’s not too big right now, so it’s perfect. David is an excellent, conscientious owner.
