Experiencia fantástica: Wes is an amazing coach!
Experiencia fantástica: It was awesome i caught on pretty quick and the coach is on our but. But I like that because it pushes us to do better.
Experiencia fantástica: Great atmosphere and great people. The older I got, the harder it was for me to stay motivated to get to the gym regularly. Joined eight months ago, and that is no longer a problem; my kids and I are hooked. Wes will push you further than you thought you could go, and then push you some more. Come for the bag and mitt work, stay for the left hook to the jaw!
