Experiencia fantástica: Clean, well equipped facility (appreciate the decor in support of our amazing country). Friendly, experienced, professional staff with excellent instruction and gauge for appropriate workout and weight for each exercise. I feel challenged during each workout but not pushed to defeat, which keeps me coming back and looking forward to the next workout.
