Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going since December 3rd, last year. According to MyFitnessPal, I’ve lost 38 pounds! Blood sugar is in control and I will find out in December if my RA is in remission! Great coaching has provided the path for me being in the best shape I’ve been in in the last 25 years! All the other people at the gym are always supportive and encouraging! Love it! Come join us!
