Experiencia positiva: This gym is so clean and aesthetic. I love the atmosphere and the energy in here. However, if you are going to sign up for personal training, I would reconsider. I myself am in school to be a PT and have watched several of the night class sessions and am honestly taken back at the quality of training. Having kids no older than 12 hiptrust 95lbs off the floor is just something you don't do. It's so unsafe and these kids are going to get hurt. When the trainer isn't looking at his phone, hes not even correcting improper form amongst the clients. The responsibility of a trainer is not to be taken lightly and it's sad to see people being set up for injury and bad habits. This is for the spokane location .

Experiencia fantástica: Nice neighborhood gym. Pool, sauna, basketball court, fitness classes. Kat at the front desk in the mornings is amazing she’s always so friendly she always makes my day!

Experiencia positiva: The updated equipment is nice however I wish they stayed open a little later.

Experiencia fantástica: The Parent-Tot swim class is a great activity for families with kiddos that fit the age group of the class! The instructors we have had (Abigail and Emily) are so kind and caring and have a gift with working with families! We really enjoy the time on Saturdays swimming and interacting with other families.
