Rec Center Clubroom can be reserved, offering 2 large glass, sliding doors which can fully open at your discretion to poolside seating areas, fire pit and swimming pool. Full kitchen, lovely large table, comfortable chairs and stable tables on braking rollers add to the enjoyment and multi use of Civita Rec Center Clubroom. Restrooms available. Rooms can be divided or opened up depending on group size and your needs. Plan on bringing all necessary items for service, clean up after use, trash bags and you'll be responsible for complete clean including sweeping floors and taking out trash after your event. Dumpster situated across parking lot of side entrance. Enjoyable amenities, clean, indoor and outdoor activities, fitness center for use by Civita residents and approved guests. No pets allowed.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a recreation center for CIVITA homeowners only. The building is secure and you must have a proxy card to enter. There are 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, showers, a gym, fire pits, bbqs and more. Prior to covid, there is a room with a kitchen you can rent for events. No guests in the pool area.
