F45 Training Cranston

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to F45 for 2 months now and I can't say enough amazing things about this gym and the coaches. The gym is clean, bright and welcoming. The staff are some of the most wonderful people I've met. They always greet the members with big smiles and warm hellos. They help correct your form and push you to challenge yourself without being too pushy. So happy to have found this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: Cranston F45 is the absolute best! The workouts are always changing and fun. All of the trainers make you feel like family and are so welcoming. Whenever you feel like you can’t push anymore they’re right there to motivate you or modify a workout for you. I’m so glad I joined!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Up until joining F45 I had been doing personal training on and off for a few years as well as cardio on my own. It only took one class at F45 for me to instantly be hooked and never want to do personal training again. The trainers/coaches at F45 are genuinely awesome and love what they do. It’s not just the coaches or their killer dance moves that keep me coming back it’s the awesome members and the way everyone cheers each other on.

Experiencia fantástica: F45 is the best part of my morning! There is a great community and better schedule than any gym I’ve found in the area. There are classes at 5:15, 6:30, 7:45, 9am and 6pm during the week and weekend classes offered. The coaches are always energetic and motivating!
