Experiencia positiva: Thriving Box in the Spokane Valley Area!!! A Thriving Box in the Spokane Valley Area!! What a great way to spend a Friday afternoon with the Athletes at Crossfit Spokane Valley. What a great group of Coaches and Warriors with NO QUIT!! It was a great workout and Coach Johnny helped me with pointers that allowed me to complete 20 rounds of 20point2 I was very determined to finish with a half-decent time as I had a 12-year-old Warrior Maiden on the rack beside me banging out Toes to Bars. In the end, although spent and half alive, I had a great time with a group of great people at Crossfit Spokane valley!! Drop-in if you're a Crossfitter and you're in the area.

Not only do they have the best coaches that push you to achieve your goals, but the community and comradery in each class is amazing. Highly recommend to anyone who might be a veteran to crossfit or just trying your first class.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym, not just for the coaches and work outs, but for the community. Everyone is super supportive, and welcoming to newcomers. I've made some of my best friends through this gym and they are my motivation to come to the gym when I'm feeling sore. I'd tell anyone to come by and give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
