CrossFit^® 770

If you think "I can't do CrossFit, it's only for the elite" you are thinking wrong. Jason will program it to YOUR ability to get the max benefits daily. I have recently hurt my knee badly, I didn't think I was going to be able to workout, but I showed up, told him my issue and what the doctor said. He immediately switched my personal programming to what I could do that benefited me, strengthed my knee, and didn't hurt in the process. Experiencia fantástica: I've been doing CrossFit for almost four years now. I live in Charlotte but travel to GA often for work and have been doing this for many years. When I am in town I do not let let my fitness regimen lapse so found a local CrossFit gym to workout at. I met Jason years ago when he was the head coach at this other local CrossFit gym. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge, skills, communication, and interest in seeing everyone succeed. I was disappointed when he left that gym a year or so later. When I found out he was opening his own Crossfit gym this summer I was elated. I love the gym and the people I was working out at when in town - but the chance to work with Jason again and help him get his dream off the ground was worth the couple extra miles and other growing pains.
