Experiencia fantástica: I've been attending Crossfit EMC for nearly 5 years. The entire experience has been remarkable and rewarding. All of my instructors have been great. My current instructor Matt Gage is extremely knowledgeable, and always friendly and welcoming, not something that is necessarily easy to do at 6:30 a.m. A variety of folks belong to this "box", different ages, backgrounds and physical conditions. Each individual gets a lot of personal attention from the instructor, with a strong focus on the basic elements of Crossfit. I would recommend this Crossfit to EMC to anyone sincerely interested in improving their physical condition. I'll be 64 in a few months, and I attribute the fact I am as strong as I was at 45 to my experience at Crossfit EMC.
