Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing! I started coming here freshman year of college and no place has made a new town feel more like home than CFWA has. The coaches here are wondering and always push you to do your best. Mo has helped me so much to overcome some of my difficult mental weaknesses to help me so I could continue to be my best self. I am so happy to be a member at this gym and the community everyone here has worked to build.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to many gyms and Crossfit West by far is the contender. No other facility took the time to show me how to properly work out. Their guidance on all aspects of helping you achieve your fitness goals become their mission for you as well. They promote "teamwork" and all members support each other. Crossfit West is a gym that I can truly say makes you want to be successful in your fitness journey.

Experiencia fantástica: The BEST place in Ames to get fit! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and the coaches are supportive and attentive and knowledgeable. They take the time to show you how to do things properly. Their number 1 concern is helping you obtain all your goals. The coaches and the members make working out fun. There's a commradaree you feel when you walk in that gym and during the workouts. Love it here!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to CrossFit West Ames for about 4 months now, so I feel as though I can write a fair review. My husband and I are chiropractors in town and were looking for a workout program that fit our needs. Due to the amount of injuries I have seen from 12 week tranformation classes, we knew we wanted something different. We had heard about CrossFit in general and it looked appealing, although there were also some bad things as well - "they don't care about your form" and "they are only concerned with lifting heavy weights ALL the time". After researching the 3 CrossFit gyms/boxes in Ames, we chose CrossFit West Ames for 2 main reasons: 1) They go really in depth with form and are not about making you lift heavy weights (see above) They offer a month long Boot Camp to ensure you know your stuff before throwing you in the mix. No other gym offered that. 2) Experience. This is the first box to open in Ames and their combined experience is second to none. No other gym in Ames comes close. We also really like their hours and class times - it works well for our busy schedule with kiddos! It is fun, allows you to compete with yourself, and gets you in shape. Definitely enjoying it so far!
