Experiencia fantástica: Excellent community and athlete centered approach. Facility was designed with the athlete in mind making sure to provide space to get ready and socialize while still leaving plenty of room for multiple workouts. Equipment is pretty much all brand new. Coaches are excellent and will work with each athlete to scale or modify appropriately.

Experiencia fantástica: My boyfriend and I stopped by for our first experience. The coaches helped us feel immediately welcome and supported. It felt like home! My boyfriend is training for the Tactical Games and I am enjoying the ride. We were both able to have our needs met, a great workout and were in great company. Mark and the coaches are exemplary—leading the way. The facility was clean and had everything from barbells to monkey bars. Thanks, again!

Experiencia fantástica: Not all CrossFit boxes are created the same. As in business or family, the leadership is key to function well. At MLCF, the owners and coaches are like family and are passionate about what they do. I'm not a member but I drop in from time to time and NEVER regret it.
