Experiencia fantástica: Gyms that offer the personalized care that Power Plant offers are few and far between. I consider this a place where the goals are set by you and the staff works with you to meet and exceed your expectations. And by staff, I mean people who are more like friends. They know you personally and take an interest in seeing you succeed. This is not a place where some kid who knows nothing about exercise is passing time doing a summer job. The staff here are pros. With regard to your personal goals, that measure of success can vary, from just getting in shape, stretching/moderate exercise, cardio, to increasing strength and endurance. The programs are designed for you. And here is something I don’t often see mentioned and that is the sound system. Most places have awful music blasting though terrible speakers, that end up giving me a headache. But the sound system here is high end and has a nice warm bass that keeps you wanting to move. This is more of a side benefit, but shows the level of detail and care the owners invested in this gym. I highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: Great atmosphere, convient location to many communities in Glen Burnie and Pasadena. Staff is easy to talk to and will help you reach your goals. They teach you how to build from your skill level. Military friendly environment.

Experiencia fantástica: I love coming to this gym. The facilities and equipment are new, clean, and maintained well. The coaches are very helpful and do a great job running the workouts and giving personal attention to improve your technique. I bring my two teenage sons here to workout with me and the coaches do an excellent job working with them. Great workouts and a fun environment!

Experiencia fantástica: Power Plant Fitness is a clean facility with top notch equipment. Coaching staff is thoughtful and encouraging. You get the feeling that this is the gym you have been working out in for years even though it’s a newer gym. I’m always welcomed by the friendly coaches and other members without fail. I’m challenged by the workouts and have always left the gym feeling like I got what I needed out of the sessions/ WODs. I would absolutely reccomended this to anyone looking for a gym at any experience and fitness level.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place for a workout with knowledgeable coaches. Enabled me to workout through my pregnancy and modified workouts to fit my needs along with modifications for others during training. Very welcoming friendly environment. Great for first time CrossFit experience!
