Experiencia fantástica: Unbelievable way to up your exercise and training. Was going to another gym semi private for over a year and could not get results. I would make minimal gains. After only 6 weeks gained 3lbs of muscle and lost 4% body fat going 3 times a week. Trainers are extremely patient. I had never done CrossFit before and they explained everything and adjust for beginners. It's tough don't get me wrong but worth it. The members also care and want you to succeed. Can not say enough give it a try.

Experiencia fantástica: The programming here is amazing when I first walked in I couldn’t get through a workout without taking multiple breaks here it is just a few months later and I’m completing multiple workouts in a single session and feeling great. The equipment is brand new and they have everything you need to get a killer workout in. Oh and the people are awesome here feels like a second family, I highly recommend ????????

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve always been athletic but ever since I joined CrossFit Hideaway I feel like a machine. The gym is brand new, beautiful with the latest equipment so that’s nice, however, the best part is the culture that the owners have created. Yes it is very much about the community (like most CrossFit boxes) but also about pushing your limits and getting better every day. No one will ever believe in you and push you harder than coach Stephen (one of the owners). The programming is amazing and it’s pushed me to limits I didn’t think where reachable for me. But most importantly you get to workout with other athletes that want to be better, who become your circle and force you to rise up. Plus it’s so much freaking fun!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been waiting to write this review! This is home away from home. For prospective clients, here is what you should know. Equipment- This gym has the very best and latest equipment. It has plenty of space and has a full suite of classes on top of standard programming such as Olympic lifting and mobility classes. Programming- Despite 6 years of CrossFit I really had plateau’d before starting at Hideaway. I improved so quickly within a month here I was angry that I may have wasted some good years just because the programming I was following was not careful, intentional, strategic. The programming here has been analyzed down to the last rep, and I’m not being hyperbolic. It is objectively the best I have ever encountered. The high rate of improvement has been ubiquitous for everyone who has been following the program, even our most elite athletes. Culture- I wouldn’t classify the gym as a competitors box, although there are some exceedingly high level athletes here. That being said, everyone is definitely obsessed with improving. The focus is not about being the best, it is about improving the fastest. Community- Honestly I rely on my time at Hideaway more for “filling my cup” with much needed social interaction even more than I do for fitness. Being a part of a real, vibrant, and active community is an antidote to loneliness and something many people are missing. Ownership and coaching- there are plenty of great things I could say about the ownership and coaches here but the only one that really matters to me is an exuberant love and commitment for the sport and the community. The owners of the gym have infectious energy and a love for the lifestyle that makes you excited to come in and work on improving yourself. There are plenty of box owners that are weary from the drudgery of running a small business and they aren’t in love with it anymore. That is not the case here. This place is loud, fun, and energetic. Experiencia fantástica: This gym is gorgeous with the best equipment! An amazing owner who was so hospitable to drop ins. Air runners, rogue barbell equipment, torque tanks, rowers, ski erg, echo bikes oh my!
