Experiencia fantástica: Going on several years here. The owners possess a key trait for a successful business, integrity. I consider myself a lifetime member. Show up, put the work in, it's that simple. Be warned, you will make lifelong friends, gain knowledge from experienced coaches who care, and look good in a speedo or two-piece, whichever you prefer.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing. It's a blast working out at Ripcord Crossfit. The instructors teach beginners about the proper technique and form in the foundations course. Next comes several "light" classes and then the regular classes. Friendly and approachable coaches. Lots of place to train. I would definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: The coaches and fellow members have made me feel so welcome! The encouragement that I've received at CrossFit Ripcord has blown me away! Coaches do a fantastic job making sure you understand the movements and can execute them well. Even during Open Gym times, coaches who aren't instructing are so helpful. This is truly a CrossFit gym unlike any other! My goals are more structured and I've been given the opportunity to compete in many ways that were previously unavailable. I would recommend Ripcord to everyone (and I definitely have!).
