Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were visiting from Sarasota and did a drop in at CrossFit Seadog. Before going to Seadog, I message their Instagram page and asked if they posted the WOD. The owner replied with screenshots for the next 3 days of workouts. We told him that’d we’d be in the next morning and as soon as we walked in the door he came over and greeted us. He immediately made us feel welcome and had such a good vibe. The facility itself is awesome! Great apparel, nice equipment, very clean and to top it off they have a bar. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this box to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had the privilege of checking out CrossFit Sea Dog while I was visiting a friend in Jupiter Florida and I have nothing but great things to say! The classes: small, the gym: clean and well equipped, the culture: uplifting and inspiring. Best of all, is the owner, Adam. Despite only being there for a short time, he provided excellent coaching and his constant "you got this girl" and "nice work", were very encouraging! He clearly knows his stuff and cares about what he does. The workouts where a challenge but a blast and left me feeling exhausted but accomplished and excited for the next one (I did 5 classes). Hope to join again if I am back in the area! Bummed that this gym isn't in NJ otherwise I would probably be a member (don't tell my current gym :p).

Experiencia fantástica: This is the prettiest CrossFit gym I’ve ever been to???? I know that’s not super important, but it was really nice and super clean. I can’t really speak to the programming, as I am just dropping in for a few days while visiting, but I had a good workout! The owner and other clients were super friendly, and made me feel comfortable. This will be my new home away from home when visiting the area!!

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Sea Dog is fantastic. Adam, the head coach, does an excellent job running all aspects of the gym and workouts. He is very aware of each person's capabilities and does not rush anyone into anything. He's also very knowledgable about technique and safety. My wife and I have loved it and there are discounts for couples. Highly recommend!
