Experiencia fantástica: Started working out here two months ago and I can see and feel the difference from the workouts. Both the coaches and other members of the gym provide tips to improve and motivation to want to improve. The gym is very well maintained. They provide workouts for all levels of fitness. Overall you still get what you put in so if you’re ready to make some life changes this is the place to be.

Experiencia fantástica: Being a newbie to CrossFit - this community has been so inviting! I was very nervous being a Mom of 2 and joy working out in what feel like a decade, the coaches were so genuine in helping me understand the how and the whys, working with me on schedule changes and really making me feel supported. I leave each session feeling more confident and have noticed how much better my day flows. This was a great decision!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend CrossFit 816. I absolutely love all the coaches and the support during workouts. They’re very involved and push me when I need it! I always feel very welcome in every single class I have attended. Everyone is so encouraging and motivating. The coaches also know how to modify the work out of the day for your individual needs and progression, I feel like I’m getting personal training in a group setting!
