Experiencia fantástica: Great atmosphere and friendly people! Workouts are scalable so everyone can do what feels comfortable. Coaches are motivational, watching for proper form and technique so that you can safely build strength and stamina. I've been to a couple different gyms and love this one.

This facility has everything anyone could want to exercise. It’s a very clean, well-equipped gym that is perfect for an individual or the whole family. They have trainers on-site and regular classes for all levels of activities. Clay is an exceptional trainer and can create a perfect, individualized session for anyone.

Clay and the coaches do a great job getting to know you and your fitness goals! There is also fun events from time to time that the gym will do together! Tons of class time options, equipment, and great workouts! Members of this gym are very friendly and supportive as well!

Experiencia fantástica: Best CrossFit north of the river. Nice open space, lots of room to work. Excellent, helpful trainers that push you to be a better version of yourself than you ever thought possible. The culture at this gym is something special. Love my Performance Edge fam ????
