Experiencia positiva: I moved from out of state, where I was used to doing the Les Mills program workouts. So I came to Fitology already familiar with the workouts. They are good. You can choose to push yourself and make this a sweaty workout. The facility here is extremely clean and -- I guess, stylish? I don't know - that's not a priority for me but I know for some people it is. My complaint with them is really just the unwelcoming atmosphere. I get the sense that there's a core group who've been coming for a long time, they come every day, and they are just not into having a new person in their spot. Likewise, the instructors talk to and interact mainly with this core group of people. Because of my schedule, I usually couldn't arrive well before the class start time, and often (even though I'd reserved a spot in the class) there was no room for me to workout - due mainly to the sort of territorial way that members of the class had set themselves up. It was a bummer and made working out harder. I gave up my membership and switched to Les Mills on demand.

Experiencia fantástica: Classes that make you stronger, instructors that make you push yourself, and a community that makes working out actually fun. I cannot say enough good things about Fitology!

Experiencia fantástica: this club is super organized, clean and smells like, well it doesn't smell it at all. i.e. it is not a gym, it is a studio. people are really nice. this place is not operated by morons who grunt a lot (i.e. typical gyms). the price is unbeatable. if you want to work out with fun people, and then get on with your day this is the place.
