CrossFit^® 154

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in for a class while visiting family over the holidays, and absolutely loved CrossFit 154! Nick and Stephanie are wonderful coaches who take the time to clearly explain all the movements and check up on all the athletes. Everyone here is super friendly and it's such a welcoming, positive environment. Whenever I travel, I like dropping in to CrossFit boxes and this has been one of the best experiences I've had since I started. This is great for people of any fitness or skill level, and the people really make it a gem. Thanks!
