Experiencia fantástica: I joined this gym in 2019 for CrossFit. There was some drama this year and I almost left. Thank goodness they found Sam. He's a great instructor; very knowledgeable and a great motivator. Emphasizes correct technique and safety which to me are the most important aspects when training, while also have seen noticeable improvement in strength and all around fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: I was not there for the crossfit class because of the times. But the place is clean and neat. The traditional gym side was clean and not crowded. The staff was voice and professional.

The owner, John, was on top of it all and helped me set up my first session with Julio. Experiencia fantástica: Great box! I dropped in while visiting Tampa. This is a large CrossFit gym with an ample supply of new equipment including ski ergs. The facility is super clean, roomy, with a great place to run. Also available is an impressive fitness center down the hall, if you have anything left in the tank after your WOD, which I did not. Great coaches and athletes to go along with all of this. If you want and good workout, have fun, and make friends, this is the place! ????
