Experiencia fantástica: BSC is a great environment to workout in. It has taken my fitness to the next level. It's rewarding in physical and emotional health. The coaches Lacey and Brian Lambert are great at what they do. BSC is for all ages because any movement can be modified. I think that's what I love so much about it. It can be for any level of your fitness journey. They offer a free beginner classes, nutrition classes, and childcare is also provided. They have a FB page as well!

They do FREE beginners classes, nutrition classes and they have childcare available. The atmosphere here is open and welcoming not intimidating at all!
