Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a free 5 day trial to check the classes out. I was already a athletic person but dd not have the time to go to a gym everyday to walk around and not know what I was doing. Their classes are an hour long and make me sweat like nothing before. It is for all fitness levels and everything is at your own pace with coaches there to modify the workouts for you or to make them harder. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
