F45 Training Jupiter

Experiencia fantástica: My friend has been coming here for a long time and I finally decided to give it a try. I was apprehensive since I was still having some post surgery issues but so happy that I can modify each workout. Everyone is so welcoming, the coaches are so encouraging and knowledgeable. This is exactly what I needed to get back in shape. Definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Joining was both wanting to get better physically but also develop a social network. I was abroad for many years and F45 has been great to meet new people. I like the variety of the workouts and how it's supportively run and classes are always busy--helps get through the tough sets but also shows F45 Jupiter knows what it's doing! If. you're considering trying it, I have no doubt you will have any regrets!

Experiencia fantástica: I have gone to many F45 clubs in Florida and NJ. What makes the Jupiter club unique is the trainers. The trainers seem to have extensive experience. They are always changing/enhancing an exercise to help you get stronger. When they see you master an exercise that you have worked on, they are happier than you are. Lol The energy in the room when you walk in makes you feel like you can accomplish anything!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m here from Toronto for 3 months. I decided to purchase a 3 month membership at F45 so I can keep up with my workouts here in the sun. When a arrived for my first class I was greeted in a kind, happy friendly way. First impressions for me is key. :) Excellent coaching…friendly staff & I love all the workouts.
