Experiencia fantástica: My experience with the transformation center was incredible. My first week was the hardest for me. As the weeks went on, I felt better with my body. There were times where I wanted to give up but I pushed through the pain and soreness. If you are looking to lose weight or tone down I would definitely recommend this program. I was on the hard body program, which means I had to lift heavyweights and lose 5% body fat, which I did at 6.2% body fat. I followed the meal plan which also helped me to reach my goal. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends who want to start working out then going to your typical gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Struggling with weight issues all my life was hard enough and getting accustomed to working out has been tough. When you have a great support system behind you such as Vanessa, Xenia, and the rest of the staff is like no other. They go above and beyond and help motivate you when you feel like you don't have anything left to give.
