Experiencia fantástica: When you decide to get in shape, the world of exercise is overwhelming. The beauty of rockbox is they combine strength and cardio. They also tell you what to do and when to do it. It takes all the pressure and decision making out of working out. The staff also make it fun... as much fun as you can have working out. I don't like working out, but I've been here five times this week.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this workout. I’m 41 and it’s taken me 20 years to find a workout that I get that exercise high from. I’ve trained with body builders, done orange theory you name it I’ve done it in the name of being fit. This is the only thing I’ve ever been addicted to, look forward to. It felt intimidating at first not knowing boxing or anyone at the studio, but the whole staff is cool and makes you feel welcome. I felt part of the group immediately and you will too. I also burn 3000 calories on days I work out here. Say goodbye to boring workouts that give you minimal results and only burn 500 calories for an hours work. See ya! Try it you’ll be an addict too!
