Experiencia fantástica: This is an amazing gym and the martial arts studio is like no other I’ve never seen a place with a full size boxing ring actually regulation the owner is so amazing the prices are really really fair and it’s the only place in Seaside Oregon that has a professional sauna, a sauna!! They have yoga and mixed martial arts classes and definitely my favorite boxing classes! You got to come and check it out it was so amazing I’ll be going and having my membership there when I’m in town! There’s nothing like going in the cold ocean and going into the sauna right afterwards! Way to go Ira!

Experiencia fantástica: Good school. Did the Wednesday sparring class, everyone was welcoming. Everyone was also good at keeping the training safe and productive.

Experiencia fantástica: Love it here. Ira brings an energetic and positive attitude that makes you want to work harder. The classes are put together well and you’re walked through everything step by step. His kids classes are awesome and he makes the gym feel more like a family. What I love most about the gym is if you don’t feel like doing any classes there’s weights and equipment to get your workout in.
