Experiencia fantástica: I am hooked! For the first time in a long time I have finally found “my place”. This is where I go to have fun, workout, socialize and learn to love and accept my body. I have taken classes such as vertical fitness, burlesque, hip hop, tone and twerk, heels fusion, stretch and flex and TRX. All are amazing classes! Since March, I have learned over 4 different choreographies In the dance classes and the strength I’ve gained from vertical fitness and TRX is unmatched. If you are on the fence about trying it out, don’t hesitate. Seriously, this has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

Experiencia fantástica: Shelley is a great teacher, patient, knows when to move onto other lessons and ties it all together so you feel successful in one class to put a small routine together. She explains moves thoroughly but also encourages you to add your own flare to dancing. It's a super safe place to feel free to learn and play. After a 2-wk pass I'm singing on for monthly lessons!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy that a dance studio for adults has finally arrived in Wenatchee! I had a blast in Intro to Vertical Fitness and Aerial 1 last night! The instructors are great! I can't wait to get back in shape now that I have a fun way to get there!
