We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to find out too late that there are no power outlets available in the changing room. While some of our locations may have different facilities, we should have communicated this more clearly when you arrived, and we apologize for that.

We can confirm that we’ve been in contact with you through the contact form, and that your membership was indeed frozen. This was also communicated to you via email. The freeze period has since ended, and we did not receive a request from you to extend it.

We completely understand how frustrating this must feel, especially given the circumstances. For further communication and to find a proper resolution, we kindly refer to the email correspondence already taking place. We’re more than willing to look into this with care and find a solution together.
