Experiência fantástica: Without any gym or cross training background I came to CrossFit Foz very hesitant, but since the first day I became aware that everyone can join this amazing family. That’s part of the fact that this beautiful place is full of great coach’s that never give up of you. Everyone and I mean everyone, can practice CrossFit and you see it for yourself everyday here. A great house is made by the people that live in it, and I can say that when you enter CrossFit Foz you are not only coming for exercise, you are joining a BIG generous FAMILY. Thank you for these 6 months of intense motivation. It changed my everyday routine and improved my life 100%. The best is yet to come! ♥️

Aqui, nunca somos só mais um atleta. Os coaches conhecem-nos pelo nome, sabem os nossos objetivos, limitações e celebram connosco cada evolução. Os treinos são desafiantes como devem ser, sempre com novas técnicas para aprender, força para ganhar, ou cardio para desenvolver. Mas o melhor de tudo? A sensação de que em cada dia saímos um atleta melhor e, claro, uma pessoa mais feliz!

Experiência fantástica: I had the opportunity to attend three classes at this CrossFit box while visiting Porto, and it was an outstanding experience. The coaching team is highly professional, attentive, and clearly committed to helping each athlete improve — whether local or just dropping in. The facility is equipped with top-quality gear and maintained to a very high standard. Beyond the training itself, the community is warm, supportive, and immediately welcoming. Experiência fantástica: We joined two classes at Crossfit Foz (Drop Ins). It was easy to book and the coaches and staff were really friendly and helpful, they even memorized our names. The classes were good organized and the coaching was on point. If you look for a great box with cool people in the Porto area you just found it. Thanks for the hospitality

Experiência fantástica: Nice box in Portugal! We had a valuable experience participating in the 2023 CrossFit Open during our trip to Portugal. Thanks to the wide box, well-organized equipment, and great coaches, I was able to perform better than usual. It is a little far from the tourist attraction, but it is a box worth visiting. Thank you!

Experiência fantástica: Well organised space with all the material you may need available. The place may be a bit small if there are open people and wods, otherwise it's good. The class dynamics were also good: warm up, technical explanation and corrections, a demanding wod of 15 minutes and stretching. Coaches were professionally friendly and aware of any correction/need for help. It's close to the city center. If I get back to Porto, I will definitely go there again.

Experiência positiva: Schöne CrossFit Box, die vom Zentrum gut zu erreichen ist. Man wird sehr freundlich empfangen und eingeführt. Das notwendige Equipment ist vorhanden. Während meinem Workout waren zwei Trainer vor Ort, die sich sehr gut um den Kurs gekümmert haben. Insgesamt ist die Box sehr empfehlenswert.

Experiência fantástica: Tolle Box! Ich war im Urlaub nur zum Drop in da. Sie konnten alles einwandfrei auch auf Englisch erklären. Tolle Trainer. Es hat echt Spaß gemacht.

Experiência fantástica: Une équipe de professionnel sont là pour nous encadrer par 2 à chaque heure de cours. Toujours là pour nous aider à évoluer et progresser et aussi corriger nos postures. Très bonne ambiance. L’espace et les installations sont optimaux. J’ai fait le choix de prendre le forfait à l’année, cela fait trois mois que j’y suis, et c’est devenu une routine quotidienne!

Experiência fantástica: We attempted a one-time Drop-In which we could book easily via email via email; although the class was fully booked, we got well instructed by 2 coaches, who were very attentive and gave us a perfect translation into English. Also, the members of CF Foz were very welcoming! Hope to get the chance to work out with you again!

Experiência fantástica: Visiting from US and these guys were the most inviting! We visited for a week and loved it!! All the coaches were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and they always had someone translate for us:). Highly recommend!

Experiência fantástica: Great crossfit gym. Good gear, clean, nickel sanitary facilities, great welcome, great advice, pretty good atmosphere. And I even left with a little tip on my kipping that will help me a lot. Like what it's always good to visit other boxes. It is clearly a box where I would stay if I lived in Porto. Tips: be careful ⚠️ you need a code to access the box which is high above a shopping center. And bring cash, their terminal does not always accept foreign cards. Classes start at 5:45 for the brave.
