Experiência fantástica: I've started Pilates sessions with Hannah after a pretty serious back injury, and it's helped me tremendously in my healing journey. Hannah has a vast knowledge of Pilates and always finds the perfect combination of respecting my abilities but also pushing me to the next level. After a year of exercising with her, my strength and flexibility have improved a lot, my injury has healed amazingly, and overall, my body just feels great. I'm generally not a gym-lover, but I always look forward to my sessions with Hannah. I can highly recommend Hannah's Pilates session!

They see what everyone of us need and will help you in your practice.Either if you need a break or to be pushed.I have never been disappointed.

Experiência fantástica: Simply the best Pilates studio in Lagos. I have had several instructors over the years and Lisa is the best. Works you hard and works you smart. Plenty of variety and she is a real star. Will miss my weekly sessions when I move on from Lagos.

Firstly by the instructors who are all so professional and lovely and give me a lovely welcome when I first started. Then you become addicted! Addicted to the feeling of feeling so good after every lesson. I can’t recommend this studio enough. Also we were so lucky to carry on with zoom sessions through Covid. So now where ever I am (mainly in the uk the last few months) I can always be at the Pilates room during the zoom sessions, highly recommend.
