Experiência fantástica: Beautiful studio in the heart of Setúbal. I enjoyed our Yin Yoga class and can recommend to go there for a Drop In if you are around. :) I feel very good afterwards.

Experiência fantástica: I signed up to one-on-one sessions with Lidia as a yoga novice and uncertain as to the benefits of alignment of breath and movement. To say she blew me away is an understatement. She has helped me heal in ways that were completely unknown to me prior to our sessions. I walk away lighter, happier and truly connected to myself. Yoda studio is such a calming, healing space, it’s impossible not to leave the sessions with your mind expanded, your heart full and a small skip in your step.
