Experiência fantástica: Letzten Monat hatten wir in Alvor Urlaub gemacht mit der Familie. Da Kinder gerne ins Sportstudio gehen wollte, war ich froh über Google dieses Gym gefunden zu haben. Hier bot man uns Tageskarten und 5er Karten an. Da wir nicht genau wussten wie oft wir gehen würden entschieden wir uns für Tageskarten. Dieses Fitnessstudio bietet eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Geräten an. Auch halfen uns die Trainer jederzeit weiter, wenn wir fragen hatten. Dieses Studio wird mit sehr viel Freude und Herz geführt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl hier gefühlt. Wir sagen Danke für die schönen Stunden und senden liebe Grüße aus Luxemburg

Experiência fantástica: The range of equipment is absolutely outstanding. So many hard to find hammer strength machines. A hidden gem for those looking to build muscle. The condition is not “brand new” but the staff were friendly and for the price it deserves 5 stars. Don’t forget to bring a towel to put on the machines.

Experiência fantástica: I've been on holiday in Alvor for 2 weeks and have been coming to Bugagym every other day. This is truly an outstanding gym. Really friendly and terribly helpful staff. You can pay by the day (€8). They have every machine , plus free weights that you could hope for. I will certainly come back every time I'm in Alvor.

Experiência fantástica: I enjoyed working out in this gym so much! At first, I have to admit, I felt a little intimidated by all the muscled men walking around. However, each and everyone of them are so nice and helpful. That includes the amazing staff as well. Don’t expect a fancy modern gym with high tech equipment. This is old school, and it’s awesome. Can’t wait to come back in November.

This one is so good I especially plan our holidays to be within easy distance of this gym. Great hammer strength equipment, very reasonable day rate, and friendly staff. Gym is clean and well maintained.

Even freshly ground coffee! Only reason for 4 stars is that the spin bikes are pretty old. Being a spin instructor and used to modern bikes that is my only (very small) moan. Other than that an amazing facility and a fantastic find. It really made my holiday

Even forearms. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. Is more than happy to show you around if you need it. He takes great pride in the gym and it shows with the calibre of equipment and all the people who train there. They are all friendly and will let you work in or give you a spot. Experiência fantástica: Really nice gym. You've got all you need and most likely more. Super friendly staff. You can get daypasses (ATM 7€). One week, two weeks and monthly memberships. I think it's fantastic. The music is super loud but obviously you can hear yours. They've got lockers (bring your own lock). I didn't know it so I could leave my belongings with them (super nice). If you're not sure I would just have a look (that's what I did before I went for a workout). Also I like it heaps that they correct you when they see you doing sth unhealthy. That's what I miss in many gyms (and you see many people doing wrong moves all the time). Thanks for making me feel welcomed!

Experiência fantástica: Best gym I’ve found in the Portimao area. Had all the machines I wanted. Coming from the US, the other gyms have disappointed me, being too small or dirty. This feels like an American gym: spacious, cool vibe, bodybuilders obsessing about their body in the mirror, haha.

The gym equipment is exceptional. You can't go wrong with hammer strength and there is so much variety here! Thoroughly recommended!

Experiência fantástica: Visited this fitness club today after meaning to visit for a while! The facilities are great, much better than a hotel gym. I used both the cardio area and weights section, they are separate from each other. Out of the two, the weights section is much more extensive and has a vast array of space and machines. The staff were very helpful and I was supplied with a free towel for my visit. I would definitely recommend to other fitness partakers.
