Experiência fantástica: Fui estagiário desta entidade ,e posso dizer que fui muito bem recebido ,aprendi bastante e saio daqui realizado ,deixo também a dizer que o chef bruno marquês foi muito essencial para a minha aprendizagem nesta área .

Experiência positiva: ביקרנו במקום בפברואר 2023. שש נפשות, מתוכם זוג הורים, שלושה ילדים וסבתא אחת. האתר ברמה גבוהה ביותר, הן מבחינת גודל החדרים ואיכותם והן מבחינת השירות. קיבלנו יחידה ל-6, עם ריהוט עץ יפה, שתי מרפסות. הניקיון ברמה טובה מאוד ואנחנו משפחה שלא מתפשרת בנושא ניקיון. כמה הסתייגויות בגינן הורדנו כוכב: א. אין נעילה לאף חדר ביחידה, כולל חדר ההורים. פנינו לאחזקה וזה לא עזר. הם טענו שמעולם לא שמעו על מישהו שמעוניין לנעול חדר. זה פשוט הזוי, במיוחד כשמדובר בהורים שמבקשים פרטיות. ב. אין שקעים. פשוט אין. היחידות, ככל הנראה, תוכננו לפני זמן רב. היום אין אדם שנוסע בלי טלפון חכם, טאבלט, מחשב. לנו היו מספר רב של מכשירים. נאלצנו לנתק מנורות, טלוויזיה וכו' כדי להטעין. בקבלה אמרו שמודעים לבעיה. אז למה לא מתקנים? ג. המועדון אינו מותאם לחורףאו לקיץ חם. אין חימום בחדרים בכלל. גם לא מיזוג. כנראה ברוב השנה זה בסדר אך יצא לנו להגיע בימים קצת קרים, ולא ניתן היה לחמם. בריכה אחת אמורה היתה להיות מחוממת אך היתה קרה בטמפרטורה של קצת יותר מ-20 מעלות (הסטנדרט בבריכה מחוממת הוא 30 מעלות). לא ניתן היה לשחות בה ואכן היא היתה ריקה רוב הזמן. בבריכות בחוץ הטמפרטורה היתה 15 מעלות ולמעט יחידי סגולה לא ניתן לשחות בכלל. ד. העליה מהרחוב למלון ממש תלולה וקשה. ראוי היה להתקין מסילה חשמלית או מדרגות נעות, כשמדובר באדם מבוגר זה די מכביד. ה. מסך הטלוויזיה בחדר ההורים קטן בצורה שאינו מאפשר צפיה אפקטיבית. מבחר הערוצים קטן מאוד. בסך הכל פרט להסתייגויות שלמעלה, החוויה היתה טובה מאוד. יש בר מאוד מקצועי עם happy hour בין 17:00 ל-19:00 כל יום, אז כל המשקאות בחצי מחיר; יש הופעה כל ערב בלובי ובחלק מהימים היו הופעות ממש טובות ומושקעות; היחס מאוד אדיב ומשתדלים למלא כל בקשה (למעט נושא המפתחות). חדר הכושר מאובזר ויפה. המטבח נוח. חדרי השינה מאוד מרווחים לפי כל קנה מידה. אם האתר ייקח בחשבון את ההערות שכתבתי למעלה זה יהיה מקום מצוין. Quartos: מרווחים נהדרים רק חבל שאין נעילה ואין שקעים כלשהם להטענה. Atividades próximas: המיקום די מרכזי רק חבל שאין חוף ים פרטי ואין נגישות קלה מהרחוב.

Experiência fantástica: Das Hotel ist wunderschön gute Ausstattung ,sind schon das 6 mal dort. Gutes Frühstück ist reichlich wird immer wieder nachgefüllt. Wenn ihr auf Madeira hinfliegt müsst ihr nur mit Frühstück buchen haben so viele gute und günstige Restaurants.

Experiência positiva: Trevlig personal samt god buffé som hade olika teman varje dag. Hotellet ligger med lagom promenad avstånd till Funchal centrum. Hotellanläggningen har en fin trädgård. Frugan fyllde 50 år när vi var där, och då överraskade hotellet med champagne vilket var en fin gest ❤

Experiência fantástica: Tolle Ausgangslage für einen Madeira-Urlaub. Das Appartement mit gut ausgestatteter Küche war sehr geräumig mit großem Balkon. Das Hotel ist zwar recht groß, dennoch war es sehr ruhig. Frühstück ok mit guter Auswahl aber ohne Abwechslung. Das Hotel verfügt über einen tollen Garten wie er typisch für Madeira ist. Zur Innenstadt kann man in ca. 15-20 Minuten laufen oder man nimmt einen der recht oft verkehrenden Busse. Für uns eine ganz klare Empfehlung.

Experiência positiva: Herrliches Hotel mit 2 Pools und einer sehr gepflegte Parkanlage. Es liegt am Beginn des Hotelviertels, in die Altstadt geht man ca 25 min, mit dem Bus sind es 10 min aber er verkehrt nur nach Zufall . am Morgen wartet man schon bis zu 30 min auf den Bus. Enziger Nachteil des Hotels: es gibt zuwenig Parkplätze die zudem auch bezahlt werden müssen.

Experiência fantástica: Ruhige Gartenanlage mit mehreren Hotelgebäuden... direkter Zugang zum Pestana Miramar ... hier konnten z.B auch die beiden Restaurants - (in HP) inkludiert- mit genutzt werden!

Experiência positiva: Gutes Hotel, etwas abgewohnt, aber sauber mit freundlichem Personal. Außen- und kleiner Innenpool, sowie viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Essenangebot ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Die Hotelanlage ist schön gestaltet und liegt ca. 30min zu Fuß vom Zentrum Funchal entfernt. Gute Busanbindung.

Experiência positiva: Wir sind das zweite Mal hier gewesen. Eine wunderschöne Anlage und wunderbare Wellness-Angebote. Das Buffet war immernoch ein Traum. Einen Punkt weniger zum Vorjahr gibt es, weil der Zimmerservice stark nachgelassen hat. Das war auch nicht mit einem extra Trinkgeld zu korrigieren. Das lag auch daran, daß die Zimmermädchen fast täglich wechselten. Es ist noch nicht mal vorgesehen, daß das Team Trinkgeld erhält, also keine Spardose oder sowas. Ausserdem gab es eine Änderung die viele Kurzurlauber anlockte und in den 12 Tagen konnte man zusehen, wie Wände, Stühle und Teppiche versaut wurden. Das fanden wir insgesamt eine traurige Entwicklung, liegt aber an der Pestana-Group von der wir noch paar Mal eindeutig zweideutige Einladung erhielten.

Experiência fantástica: Always great accomodation, staff and facilities in Pestana group hotels. We love the Village for the gardens and swimming pool. It's handy for town - about 15 mins walk or the other way to the Lido area shops and eateries. Or you could catch a bus outside - get a Giro Card rechargeable bus ticket for the yellow interurban buses, much cheaper per journey... Lovely to come back after 3 years away due to Covid. The biggest plus was that the lovely staff remembered us and welcomed us back...

Experiência fantástica: Just went there for three weeks. With one person with reduced mobility I keep them in mind while writing this. There is never enough info about what to expect when you have problems walking. About the layout of the hotel(s): Miramar and Village hotel are in fact one hotel. It is an apart(ment)hotel, which means that the rooms are spacious with a sitting area, a balcony or a terrace and a little kitchenette. The bathroom was big enough, the beds are good and there are sufficient cushions. A little couch which was much to soft/low for us (but then most are), two chairs and a table. The kitchen area has two electrical cooking elements, hot water cooker and a sink. Underneath there is a fridge. 2 wine glasses, 2 longdrink glasses, 2 cups, plates and cutlery complete the lot. There's not much cooking you can do there, the equipment is rather sparse, but for a quick lunch it's enough. There is enough space to hang your clothes, there are not many shelves but loads of drawers. The Miramar reception is on the 2nd floor, so getting there from street level needs some effort, there are steps next to the entrance road. However there is an elevator on street level (Floor 0), just next to the parking garage. From the outside it's a little bit hidden, you have to go next to a jewelry store to find the door which leads to the lift. From there you can reach the whole hotel(s). ! don’t forget to go to the seventh floor, there’s a lovely panoramic view over the sea and city from there! The Miramar outside swimming pool is on the 3d floor, as is the inside pool and a yakuzi. From the 5th floor you can go through a little corridor accessing floor 0 from Village gardens. In the corridor you will find the wall of the different travel agencies. There is a main hall where there is some entertainment in the evening, there is also a cocktail bar. Taking a few steps (or the ramp) you find the reception. On floor ½ you will find the main restaurant, we found it easiest to use the lift from floor 1 as the six steps from there are better to manage as the stairs from floor 0. There could be a possibility to reach the restaurant from outside without having to use the stairs, didn't try that though. From the street to the village reception is even more steep as at the Miramar side, so if your legs can not manage many steps of a stair, use the Miramar elevator mentioned before. outside the first floor (6th when you com from Miramar) you find the Village swimming pool, a restaurant and hidden at the back of the pool the spa area in the building where the time share apartments are. The gardens there are beautiful going up to Miramars 7th floor. Meals: The breakfast is good. There are many different buns, bread, sweet pastry, cheese, meat, salads, fruit and of course the scrambled eggs, sausages and baked beans. They try to differentiate so it´s not every day the same. That there is a coffee machine and thre are different juices is no surprise. On a small table which is, politically correct, called the healthy area you find such lovely things like lactose free milk, soy milk, gluten free bread, seeds and berries. As the majority of the guests, like us, did not use them, I hope the other food was not unhealthy ;-) There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood where you can eat for a nice price, so we ate there as the buffet at the hotel restaurant seems rather expensive with 26 € p.p. Service: The service is good, from correct to friendly and everyone was very helpful.

You have to know that. There doesn't seem to be any peace and quiet in the city. This is not the hotel's responsibility, but it still detracts from the stay.

Experiência fantástica: Adorei a estadia, os quartos são muito confortáveis e são todos os dias devidamente higienizados. A vista e as piscinas são fantásticas. O staff no geral é super simpático e prestável. Mas queria salientar a funcionária Cláudia Rodrigues que desde o primeiro dia foi impecável, sempre preocupada com o nosso bem estar, conversou connosco sobre a olha e locais que podíamos visitar, opiniões sobre a comida, o que tornou a nossa estadia muito mais agradável, em todas as refeições se dirigia a nós muito prestável, sempre sorridente e muito afável sempre disposta a responder a qualquer pergunta e dúvidas. De salientar também o funcionário Carlos Sousa, super bem disposto, fez a nossa estadia mais feliz e bem disposta. Muito simpático e prestável. 2 funcionários que fizeram a nossa estadia 5 vezes melhor. Um obrigada enorme.

Experiência positiva: Tout c'est passé a merveille. Personnel souriant et sympathique surtout le serveur Carlos Souza si tout le monde était comme lui ça serait top. Par contre faire payer la bouteille d eau 4€ c'est inadmissible car avec le prix que on paye le séjour surtout que les bouteilles son remplie a la fontaine a chaque fois. Alimentos e bebidas: Bouteille d'eau de fontaine a 4€ inadmissible

Experiência positiva: Pestana Village by Pestana Group ...50 ani de existenta . Camerele din corpul principal au nevoie de renovări din punctul meu de vedere. Mobilierul învechit, aer condiționat doar de la ventilatorul din tavan , duș într-o cadă inghesuitâ cu un panou de sticlă și cea mai tare mi sa părut plita electrica din așa zisa chicineta care de fapt e un reșou de 30 de ani , frigider cu urme de rugină, etc. În fine , astea sunt minusurile pe care le dau eu personal după o săptămână petrecuta la acest hotel de 3 stele nicidecum 4 stele cum e prezentat. În rest a meritat sa trec peste aceste aspecte datorită vederii spre ocean pe care am avut-o de pe terasă. Are o grădină grozavă asta e pentru că iubesc natura mai mult decât confortul . Micul dejun e același în fiecare zi evident dar așa e probabil și la cele de 5 stele. E o politică aplicata în toată lumea așa că închid acest subiect. Cina e oarecum ok, a fost varietate de produse în fiecare zi gen ( traditional portughez, pește, fructe de mare, grill, supe, fructe, dulciuri) , dar fără băuturi incluse . Apa plata e 5 euro chiar mai scumpă decât berea și se plătește doar cu cardul. De fapt totul se plătește cu cardul așa că nu aveți ce face cu chash-ul la hotel. Personalul de la cină are probleme de comunicare între ei comenzile sunt haotice și te trezești ca plătești ceea ce consumă cei de la masa alăturată. Am pățit-o și nu am avut ce sa fac pentru ca plata e cu cardul și nu te mai cerți cu ei pentru 5 euro. Parcarea e cu plată 10 euro pe zi chiar dacă ai mașină închiriată și ești plecat toată ziua de la hotel. E mai scump decât în stradă unde parcarea e gratuită de sâmbătă ora 14 pana luni dimineață ora 8. Scriu acest mesaj nu pentru că ma deranjat atât de mult aceste lucruri, ci pentru cei ce vor sa meargă la acest hotel și sunt poate mai pretențioși. Dar sunt și hoteluri de 5 stele în Pestana Group. Pentru mine a contat mai mult destinația și locația hotelului. Enjoy Madeira.

Experiência positiva: Unser Urlaub im Pestana Village neigt sich leider dem Ende zu. Deshalb lasse ich mal eine Bewertung zu einigen Punkten da: Lage: Das Hotel ist etwa 1,5km vom Geschehen Funchals entfernt. Man kann den Bus nehmen und ist in 6min in der Innenstadt. Da muss jeder für sich abwägen, was einem wichtig ist. Auch wenn man annehmen würde, dass das Hotel relativ „ruhig“ gelegen ist, mussten ich und mein Partner leider feststellen, dass es lautes und penetrantes Hundegebell gibt. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Deshalb gilt hier: besser Ohropax einpacken. Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind, wie viele hier schreiben, zwar „in die Jahre gekommen“, dennoch waren sie sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, jedoch hätten die Betten ein wenig gemütlicher sein können. Badezimmer: Das Badezimmer hat alles geboten was man braucht, es ist natürlich nicht mit einem frisch sanierten Badezimmer zu vergleichen. Service: Das gesamte Personal war immer freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Der Zimmerservice war eben falls gut. Essen: Zum Frühstück gab es eigentlich alles was das Herz begehrt. Eine Anregung meinerseits wäre aber vlt.: Tomate Mozzarella, mehr Frischkäsevarianten, vor allem für Vegetarier. Das Abendessen ist immer sehr abwechslungsreich gewesen. Dennoch gab es für mich als Vegetarier zu wenig Auswahl. Selbst Nudelsalate waren oft mit Hähnchenstücken oder Lachsstücken o.Ä. versehen. Auch war oft nicht ausgewiesen, ob in dem Gericht Fleisch ist oder nicht. Das macht es für einen Vegetarier nicht unbedingt einfacher. Schließlich blieb für mich am Ende oft nur Kartoffeln und Salat. Irgendwie nicht zeitgemäß, gerade nicht im Jahr 2024. Hier gibt es also auf jeden Fall Entwicklungspotential! Abschließend soll aber gesagt werden, dass ich das Hotel jedem empfehlen würde. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Experiência fantástica: Muy contentos con nuestro paso por el hotel. Viajamos con un niño de siete meses, Darío, por el que el servicio del hotel se desvivió. En especial Vítor y Carlos Sousa, junto con un camarero del bar que ahora no recuerdo su nombre. Camas cómodas, servicio de habitaciones perfecto, piscina y actividades muy recomendables. El único pero ha sido la comida que nos hubiera gusta más variedad, pero muy contentos en general. Puedes reservar un día en otros restaurantes del mismo hotel de manera gratuita.

Todos os elementos dos Staff, receção, restaurantes, limpeza, etc, são absolutamente inexcedíveis na sua amabilidade. Gostaria de voltar sem qualquer dúvida! Experiência fantástica: Hotel fantástico, super asseado, jardins muito bem cuidados e bonitos, equipa TOP, piscina e bar uma maravilha, tudo do PESTANA VILLAGE, contribuiu para uma FÉRIAS TOP, A ILHA DA MADEIRA É UM JARDIM... À BEIRA MAR MUIITOS PARABÉNS Quartos: Fantásticos e super ASSEADOS, registámos o asseio e limpeza da senhora, Da. Maria, quase sempre ela, e da colega, muito prestável. Segurança: Sentimo-nos em Casa , silêncio muito agradável, gostámos imenso. Acessibilidade a pé: Perto de tudo, e como alugamos uma viatura, visitámos toda a ilha. Simplesmente fantástica e florida. Alimentos e bebidas: Também gostámos do que comemos no hotel, e "sempre com muita simpatia e bom gosto em receber".

Experiência positiva: Hôtel avec chambre agréable, mais vieillissante. Bonne literie. Personnel sympathique. Parking trop petit, manque de places. Mais côté buffet principal, nous ne sommes pas difficiles, mais nous n'avons pas aimé du tout : toujours la même chose, très peu de choix en plats chauds, restes de gâteaux remis le lendemain au petit déjeuner. Très mauvaise gestion : à 20h, lors d'une soirée "poisson" , plus de crevettes pour les gens qui arrivent , tellement il y en avait peu. De même ils ramènent un plat avec des sardines à l'huile, qu'on les voit les étaler dans le plat pour "remplir"...Heureusement, il y avait des restaurants dans l'hôtel d'à côté et dans la ville, vers lesquels nous avons préféré aller diner (malgré notre paiement de 1/2 pension) Et également, on doit payer l'eau à table : 4,50€ la bouteille, avec bouchon vissé qui a déjà servi (bouteille en verre avec gros éclat et bouchon alu abimé, qui montre que ces bouteilles sont remplies et remises sur la table) ! Inadmissible. Et surprise, en fin de séjour, on découvre sur la note des boissons, que pour chaque bouteille eau (ou autre) amenée sur la table, on a un % en plus du pris à payer pour le service...On serait à un bar dans la ville, OK, mais dans un hôtel où l'on a payé la demi pension, c'est purement scandaleux ! Et il y avait entre les lignes de boissons, un forfait de 1€... soi disant pour une "association d'enfants" !! Peu importe l'action ou le prix minime, c'est purement lamentable de mettre cela d'office dans une note sans prévenir le client. Ils profitent des gens pour leur soutirer le plus possible ! Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel, c'est sûr !

Experiência positiva: Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und nicht so riesig. Die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage top sauber. Das Personal immer nett. Nur für das Essen muss ich leider Sterne abziehen. Das Frühstück und die Spezialitätenrestaurants sind gut. Nur die Halbpension kann man sich sparen. Das Essen am Abend war nicht immer, aber meistens kalt und geschmacklos. Und dazu noch sehr übersichtlich. Nachspeisen gab es reichlich. Manchmal fehlte ein bisschen frisches Obst. Hatte in den Rezensionen gelesen, das das Essen nicht schmeckt. Muss es leider bestätigen. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist auch ehr eine Minibar (wenige Platz) und kühlt schlecht. Quartos: Immer sauber und geräumig

Experiência positiva: Bel hôtel et personnel à l'écoute et attentionné. Nous avons pris la formule DP, le buffet du petit déjeuner est correct mais celui du dîner ne nous a pas convaincu... Cependant la formule permettait de réserver dans les restaurants des hôtels Pestana des environs pour profiter de leur carte qui était bien plus appétissante. Concernant les chambres, il y avait plusieurs détails dérangeants qui ne reflétaient pas les 4* de l'hôtel, et la salle de bain nécessite une rénovation. Nous avons cependant passé un très bon séjour à cet hôtel.

Experiência fantástica: Si trova lungo la strada dove ci sono i principali alberghi. Viene servito dall'aerobus che collega direttamente l'aeroporto con Funchal e la zona degli alberghi. Fermata autobus appena fuori dal giardino con parcheggio a pagamento per auto. Cucina non esaltante. Colazione sufficiente. Servizio eccezionale. Personale pronto ad ascoltare esigenze particolari. Opzioni senza glutine. Unico consiglio non prendete le camere al piano -1 sono fredde e umide.

Experiência positiva: Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind ok, doch bei den Badezimmern sollte man nicht zimperlich sein. Der Service ist super und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist toll. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel wo man wunderbar Urlaub machen kann.

Experiência positiva: Bon prix pour une semaine en demi pension. Pas mal placé qui place la vieille ville à 25 min à pied. Parking possible un peu cher, mais on trouve des places à l' extérieur dès que sonne 18h30 et la gratuité est en place entre 20h et 8h ainsi que le WE des samedi 14h. Les repas n'ont rien d' extravagant, du bon parfois,du mauvais aussi mais se faisant sous forme de buffet on arrive toujours à s'en sortir. Les boissons sont en plus sans être obligatoires. Piscine, spa, plusieurs bars, animation musicale chaque soir (pas mal) dont on peut s' extraire en fermant la baie vitrée de son mini appart. Oui car les chambres sont telles de petits appart avec frigo et plaques chauffantes, balcon... Voilà, c est une bonne solution qui peut se révéler selon l' époque, le moment, d un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Experiência positiva: Nous avons passé 1 semaine correcte début octobre au Pestana Village. Toutes les chambres n'ont pas de climatisation au Pestana Village. Quand il fait chaud, il faut ouvrir les fenêtres, et là c'est une invasion de moustiques. Les chambres sont globalement propres. La literie est bonne. Le Wifi passe bien. Mais la décoration est vraiment très vieillotte. Comme il y a des animations au bar du rez-de-chaussée tous les soirs, il peut y avoir du bruit qui remonte jusqu'à minuit dans les chambres. Le bon point est pour le restaurant. Il y a un très large choix sur le buffet. Cela change tous les soirs. C'est une usine, mais c'est plutôt bon. Le seul bémol est relatif au service. Le personnel débarrasse tout ce qui n'est pas sous votre surveillance. Une seconde d'inattention ... et vous pouvez vous retrouver sans assiette :) Les piscines sont agréables. Celle du Miramar en bas est plus calme. L'emplacement est un peu loin du centre et de sa promenade. Pour rentrer, mieux vaut prendre le bus ou le taxi car la montée est un peu raide. L'hotel avait été réservé pour nous par un par un voyagiste. Si nous avions fait nous même la réservation, nous aurions sans doute privilégié le Pestana Miramar (même groupe, juste à côté) qui est beaucoup mieux.

Experiência fantástica: Sehr schönes Hotel, ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Die Einrichtung ist zwar teilweise ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Matratzen waren bequem, Balkon hatte angenehme Größe. Wunderschöner Garten, der zum verweilen einlädt. Sauberer, großer Pool. Sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Service und natürlich nicht zu vergessen, leckeres, abwechslungsreiches Essen. Wir hatten Halbpension, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen vom Buffet und haben uns jeden Tag aufs Essen gefreut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Quartos: Angenehme Größe für 2 Personen, ruhig obwohl mitten in der Stadt Atividades próximas: Sehr gut gelegen, man ist auch zu Fuß schnell in funchal. Wir hatten einen Leihwagen, weil wir Ausflüge in die Berge gemacht haben.

Experiência positiva: Alojamiento sólo a 15-20 minutos caminando del centro de Funchal. Instalaciones exteriores (piscina y jardín )y piscina interior muy bien cuidados. Personal muy agradable . Habitación familiar amplia con camas francamente mejorables : colchones blandos y almohadas incómodas y viejas. Camas supletorias también muy mejorables: los colchones se le marcaban los muelles. Desayuno buffet mejorable en el sentido de mejorar oferta de alimentos regionales, pensado principalmente para turismo británico y/o alemán. Cena en restaurante buffet bastante pésima pero ofrecen servicio de restaurante por carta que hay que reservar (no pudimos el mismo día de llegada) y es mejor sobretodo el Adega. Pensábamos que este hotel estaría mejor. Parking en hotel con coste diario 7,5€ Quartos: Habitación amplia con balcón que da a la piscina. Atividades próximas: Funchal a un tiro de piedra con una gran oferta cultural y gastronómica. Alimentos e bebidas: Media pensión sin bebidas incluidas. Una botella de 0,75 cc de agua filtrada sale 4,5€.

Experiência positiva: Egy hetet töltöttünk a szállodában (Village Garden-ben), félpanziós ellátással. Talán egyetlen csodás dolog a kert, amivel a szálloda rendelkezik. A Pestana szállodalánc egyik szállodájáról beszélünk, ami az első szállodáját 1972-ben nyitotta meg és a jelenleg kezelt vagyona meghaladja az 1.000 millió eurót... Quartos: A négy csillag sehol nincs, inkább gyenge hármas. Emeletre érdemes foglalni, az alsó részen lévő szobák hidegek, dohosak és sötétek. A szobákban erős felújításra lenne szükség! Az ágyak kényelmetlenek. A világítás kevés, az összes felkapcsolt lámpa ellenére sem volt elég fény olvasáshoz. A fürdőszobában a hajvasalót hiába dugtam be (110V és 220V is volt választási lehetőségként) nem működött, kevés volt a feszültség a működéséhez. A konyhában lévő konnektort kellett használni, ott volt egyedül elég szufla a konnektorban. A kialakított kis konyhapulton semmit nem lehetett előhagyni, mert a hangyák azonnal ellepték. A szobában csak egy darab akasztós óriási tükrös szekrény van, de polcok nincsenek benne. Van két fiókos éjjeli szekrény az ágy két oldalán. Az első három napban volt rendes takarításunk, törölköző cserével. Gondolom miután nem hagytunk borravalót, csak a szemetet vitték el és ágyat csinálták meg. Kaptunk két medencéhez használható törölközőt is, ami pozitív. Bár sajnos nem volt rá szükség, mert a medence vize nem melegített. Van több külső medence, van egy belső medence, jakuzzi és edzőterem. Alimentos e bebidas: A reggeli és a vacsora is svédasztalos. Nem lehet ám csak úgy egyszerűen bemenni az étterembe és leülni egy asztalhoz! Meg kell várni amíg az egyik ültető pincér (összesen kettő van :D ez akkor jó, amikor egy egész napos kirándulás után farkaséhes az ember vacsoránál és még negyed órát sorban kell állni, mire sorra kerül) odakísér minket egy asztalhoz :D :D Nagy variáció nincs. Minden reggel ugyanaz a választék, friss gyümölcs kivételével, azt csak vacsoránál raknak ki/vagy akkor sem. Többféle pékáru, sütemény, a tojás több variációja, joghurtok, felvágottak, sajtok, magok, saláták, innivaló pedig tea, kávé, gyümölcslé és víz. Vacsoránál egy féle leves, valamilyen ízesítésű főtt tészta, egy féle hús és valamilyen hal a melegétel választási lehetőség. A többi saláta és köret az előző napi maradékokból összekeverve. Aztán sütemények, pudingok és gyümölcssaláta, néha friss gyümölcs és sajtok. Amit muszáj megemlítenem, hogy a vacsorához NEM JÁR innivaló. Az italok iszonyatosan túlárazottak és még szervízdíj is terheli!!! Egy pohár üdítő (2 dl) és egy üveg víz (szerintem 0,5L, persze nem volt ráírva :D) a szervízdíjjal 10 Euro volt, ami szerintem botrányos. Már csak azért is, mert sehol nincs egy ital-lap az étteremben, ahol fel lennének tüntetve az árak és hogy bizony nem is kicsi szervízdíjat IS kell fizetni! Detalhes relevantes: Itt szeretném megemlíteni, hogy a parkolás napi díja 7,5 Euro, kisállat bevihető, aminek díja naponta úgy emlékszem 25 Euro. Szerettem volna kérni „Late check-out”-ot, mivel 12-kor kell legkésőbb elhagyni a szobát és a mi gépünk 18:40-kor indult. A recepción azt mondták, hogy 13:30-ig maradhatunk ingyen, de ha addig szeretnénk maradni amíg a transzfer megérkezik (15:40) akkor 25 Eurót kell fizetni :D :D :D 2 óráért… No comment! Nem kértük :D :D De persze ez sincs sehol leírva. Olvasgattam a szálloda oldalát, de sehol nem találtam érdemi, konkrét árát semminek. Mindenhol az a válasz fogadott, hogy forduljak bizalommal a recepcióhoz :D :D :D Ehhez még hozzá jön, hogy utolsó nap reggelén szerettünk volna kicsit tovább aludni. Ezt sajnos nem tudtuk megtenni, mert reggel 7:00-kor csoportos kiabálásra ébredtünk. Mit volt mit tenni, felkeltünk és elindultunk reggelizni. A szobánk előtti folyosón sorban álltak az alkalmazottak, vigyorogva jópofizva jó reggelt kívántak… amit nem tudtunk jó szívvel fogadni, mert szerettünk volna kipihenten utazni. A sorbanállás oka pedig vérvétel volt az alkalmazottak részére… ott a szállodában, ahol a vendégek szobái vannak… egy 4*-os szállodában?!?!!? Mellesleg a fizetés sem egyszerű dolog, mert sehol nem lehet készpénzben fizetni. Ha bármit szeretnénk a szállodában vásárolni, akár az étteremben, akár a bárban, akár a teraszon, annak a számlájával előbb el kell menni a recepcióra, ott kifizetni és majd visszamenni és csak utána kaptuk meg a rendelést :D Beszélgettem helyiekkel ... azt mondták, hogy egyedül ez a szállodalánc az, ahol van szervízdíj, sehol másik vendéglátó helyen nincs!!! Imádom Madeirát, nem ez volt az első, de nem is az utolsó utunk. De azt tudom, hogy SOHA de SOHA többet nem fogok Pestana Hotelben foglalni, az biztos!!!! Úgy gondolom, hogy ha ilyen régi múltra tekintenek vissza, akkor nekik inkább példát kellene mutatni a vendéglátásban. De ez amit mi tapasztaltunk, ez nem az, hanem inkább lehúzás.

Experiência positiva: Très bel hôtel...avec jolie végétation...de bonnes installations ( salle de sport,sauna ,jacuzzi,....) peut être trop petites en pleine saison...très bonne situation géographique...deux restaurants ( très bons repas) le Miramar et Adega.... Personnel très jovial et aimable....belle chambre mais sans clim ( ventilo).... HIC= pour moi la salle de bain est à revoir... L`espace buffet est trop petit ( faut s imposer) plats ok mais desserts bof et répétitifs...

Experiência fantástica: Très bel hôtel idéalement placé au cœur de Funchal. L'hôtel est installé dans un magnifique jardin et offre tout le confort nécessaire. Deux belles piscines extérieures, une à l'intérieur, le sauna, bain turc, jacuzzi et en option un spa, aux prestations un peu chères cependant. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses avec une petite terrasse privative et une literie confortable. Le personnel est globalement très agréable et aux petits soins avec une mention spéciale pour l'équipe du bar extérieur et l'animateur en journée. Pour les petits déjeuners il y a vraiment du choix pour tous. On peut le prendre à l'intérieur ou en terrasse. Concernant le dîner au buffet c'est correct mais avec une variabilité forte selon les jours. Un point noir les desserts, à moins d'aimer les gelés et autres mousses chimiques c'est vraiment décevant. Les animations du soir sont tristes.... Même style tous les soirs avec des titres qui ont trente ans et souvent le même répertoire entre les différents chanteurs. C'est tellement mou que cela ne donne absolument pas envie d'aller boire un verre. Dommage mais on oubli vite ce point car pour le reste cet hôtel est vraiment très bien.

Sumos de má qualidade, pão seco e mole, frutas básicas (para um sítio tão rico em frutas), enchidos sem aspecto de frescos. Jantar mediano com raras refeições para crianças principalmente. Apenas jantamos uma vez no restaurante numa estadia de uma semana. Quarto sem ar condicionado, apenas ventoinhas no teto... A zona da piscina era simpática. Sem animação para crianças, nem um simples parque infantil.

Experiência positiva: Das positive zuerst. Der Fön im Bad war super. Auch der Standort der Hotels mit seiner wunderschönen und sehr gepflegte Pool - und Gartenanlage hat uns zugesagt. Um von dort aus die Innenstadt oder die Badeanlage Lido zu erreichen, war für uns perfekt. Gute Busverbindungen in beide Richtungen. Das Personal war durchgehen sehr freundlich und konnte uns in allen Belangen direkt weiterhelfen. Das Salatbuffet war toll und auch das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Brot- und Brötchensorten, ansonsten fehlt es der Küche an Raffinesse. Der Teppichboden im Speisesaal hat unzählige Flecken. Unser Zimmer war sehr verwohnt und abgenutzt. Die Matratzen waren hart und ungemütlich. Im Bad kann man den Duschkopf nicht in der Höhe verstellen. Und leider hatten wir, meistens abends, Besuch von Ameisen. Das Zimmer lag im 4. Stock unten dem Dach und nur mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses direkt über uns. Wegen der Hitze an schlafen nicht zu denken, auch nicht mit offenem Fenster da die Straße zu hören war. Für die Koffer fehlte wenigstens eine Kofferbank. Das Hotel soll wohl komplett renoviert werden. Danach gerne wieder.

Experiência positiva: Hotel bem localizado rodeado por jardins lindissimos. Refeições variadas. O jantar temático da Madeira foi uma agradável surpresa. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestaveis. O único ponto negativo foi a piscina interior não ser aquecida.

Experiência fantástica: Muy buen hotel. Nos vamos mañana y nos quedamos encantados con el personal sobretodo del restaurante. Mención especial a Hasan, un camero del servicio del buffet super atento.El buffet del desayuno y la cena bien. Si tengo que poner algún pero, es la falta de aire acondicionado en la habitación, nos tocó una semana con muchísimo calor y no se descansaba muy bien por el exceso de calor en la habitación. La cama muy cómoda y la habitación muy acogedora. Recomendable, sin duda!!

Saft aus Automaten zum Frühstück ist stark verdünnt und schmeckt nicht wirklich gut.

Experiência positiva: Me gustó mucho el hotel, el lugar, las instalaciones, con jardines muy bonitos. Las habitaciones cómodas y amplias,aunque algo descuidadas. La griferia de los baños en mal estado.Necesitan renovarse. El personal muy amable. El bufet del desayuno muy completo. A destacar el sistema de media pensión, que te permite cambiar el bufet de la cena por uno de los 6 restaurantes a la carta, de otros 2 hoteles cercanos de la misma cadena. Muy bien. Nuestro agradecimiento al Sr Sardinha, que tan bien nos atendió en el restaurante Cabo Girao, del hotel Grand Pestana.

Experiência positiva: Ein schönes Hotel in einer traumhaften Gartenanlage mit einem sehr schönen Pool. Schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, soll aber 2027 komplett renoviert werden. Wir hatten ein großes Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Schöner Blick über Funchal, den Hafen und das Meer. Keine Klimaanlage nur Ventilatoren. Durch die Lage an einem zentralen Platz Nachts doch sehr laut durch getounte, sehr laute Autos und Motorräder, die gefühlt immer den Berg hoch und runter rasen. Experiência positiva: Esperienza piuttosto positiva, bel giardino e personale abbastanza gentile. Le camere però sono vecchiotte, il rubinetto del bidet non funzionava, dal lavandino uscivano formiche e il bagno Cieco aveva una ventola non attiva di notte. Colazione e cena incluse discrete, niente di speciale, ottima la possibilità di cenare a là carte. Palestra e piscina coperta sono piccole e datate ma sufficienti. In definitiva un buon hotel, in linea con la concorrenza.

Experiência positiva: Food was a let down. Mostly senior ppl during our time there (outside schools holidays). Quiet and beautiful grounds. Staff are nice. They booked a wedding on a Sat which I thought to be strange as the wedding guests took over the main lounge (not some private room). Felt wierd to go to the buffets stews passing by nice food. Next day salads were nice though, probably some of the wedding leftovers :) Quartos: OK if a bit dated. Clean. No A/C though and during a heatwave it was somewhat uncomfortable. Not a problem during regular weather when it maxes out at 25 C. Atividades próximas: There is a large lido nearby with saltwater pools and kid pool. Good 1 day activity. Very popular with the locals. There is softplay and minigolf 10 min walk. Good large supermarket at about 10 min walk Acessibilidade a pé: On the main bus network. You can walk to the city but it is somewhat hilly. Alimentos e bebidas: Mediocre / bad. The main buffet is very poor in terms of quality and variation. Endless stews and salads with yesterday's mains. No seafood other than fish (mostly as stew). The only highlights were a Madeira night with skewers (meat was stringy though) and the hard to book small fancy restaurant that you can book in advance.

Experiência positiva: Sehr schönes Hotel in einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage. Abends sehen die Häuser am gegenüberliegenden Hang wie ein Sternenhimmel aus. Zimmer und Ausstattung sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist sauber und funktioniert. Etwas hellhörig. Für unser Zimmer (Haupthaus,1. Stock) war die Musik von den Veranstaltungen zu hören. Personal ist superfreundlich und hilft auf jede Frage. Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Man ist schnell im Hafen und in der Altstadt (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Vielfältigkeit beim Essen war sehr gut, aber Auswahl pro Mahlzeit könnte größer sein. Blöde war, dass der Koch nicht mit Salz und Gewürzen umgehen kann. Das warme Essen war größtenteils geschmacklos. Salatdressing gab es nicht (nur Essig und Öl zum selber anmachen). Salat und Dessert war gut. Es sind viele Nationalitäten dort gewesen. Parkplatz kostet extra, ist aber empfehlenswert. Fernsehprogramm: ARD, ZDF, Sat1 und Deutschlandwelle. Würde durchaus wieder hin gehen. Quartos: Wenig Steckdosen. Wenn Karte mitgenommen, dann Zimmer stromlos. Safe antiquiert. Acessibilidade a pé: 20 Min bis zum Stadtzentrum von Funchal Alimentos e bebidas: Warme Speisen müssten geschmackvoller sein.

Experiência positiva: Nett angelegte Hotelanlage mit mehreren Liegeoasen für "Sonnenanbeter". Die Anlage liegt recht zentral an einer Hauptstraße und ist daher gut zu erreichen. In einer verhältnismäßig kleinen Ecke im Restaurant befindet sich das "Buffet". Selbst bei geringer Auswahl an Speisen scheint die Küche überfordert zu sein. Es musste mehrfach darauf hingewiesen werden, dass nachgelegt werden müsste. Daher würde hierfür nur ein Stern vergeben werden. Lange Wartezeiten an den Kaffeeautomaten vermiesen auch das Frühstück!

Experiência positiva: Sehr schönes Hotel insgesamt. Die Zimmer müssten nur modernisiert werden, sowie der Fitnessraum. Aber ansonsten hat alles super gepasst. Sehr schönes Abendbuffet. Es gab sogar einen Grillabend mit Schaschlik und den passenden Beilagen. Frühstück war auch gut könnte nur etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Die Lage des HOTELS ist sehr gut. Es gibt direkt eine Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel in Richtung Zentrum. Ist aber auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Abends gibt es verschiedene SängerInnen im Barbereich. Außerdem gibt es Aktivitäten für Kinder und auch für Erwachsene z.B Yoga. Atividades próximas: Es gibt das C7 Museum in der Nähe (Cristiano Ronaldo). Verschiedene Angebote zu Delfintouren. Kann da sehr das Angebot von der Living SEA empfehlen. Die Tour ging 5 h mit Essenbuffet und Getränken. Haben viele Delfine gesehen und durften auch in einer Bucht schwimmen vom Boot aus. Haben für 3 Personen nur 130 Euro für alles gezahlt. Acessibilidade a pé: Ca. 40 Minuten vom Hotel zum Zentrum. Mit dem Bus ca. 10 Minuten.

Experiência positiva: Pobyt w styczniu 2023, All inclusive. Zacznę od minusów: łazienki w pokojach trochę brudne lub po prostu wymagają porządnego remontu. Kolacje i lunche - zimne, często to samo. Niesmaczne - ale w są na to alternatywy w plusach :) PLUSY: lokalizacja, hotel 20 minut spacerkiem do Centrum Funchal, pod hotelem przystanki, dobra baza wypadowa. Cały hotel stylizowany na ogród, wygląda to super, obsługa bardzo przyjemna. W hotelu w ranach All in istnieje możliwość rezerwacji kolacji w dwóch restauracjach hotelowych i trzech restauracjach w innym hotelu (30 minut pieszo). Restauracje a’la carte. O matko! Co tam było za wybitne jedzenie, pycha, spróbować można dań lokalnych, ale tez np kuchni włoskiej lub marokanskiej. Mega wysoki poziom! Wynagrodziło nam to jedzenie na stołówce ;) co do lunchu to oprocz restauracji ogólnej można korzystać z Burger baru lub zamówić smaczny street food sandwich w snack barze. Ogólnie polecam, był to miły czas :)

Experiência positiva: Lovely hotel with fantastic service. Every employee was helpful and friendly from receptionists to waiters and waitresses, bar staff and cleaners. Room was good and with a facelift could be great. Plenty of storage and good sea-view balcony.Both single beds were very comfortable. Small but very useful kitchen area with kettle, hob, fridge and sink, complete with utensils. Dining area was quite large and it was possible to sit outside by the pool. Breakfast was a varied buffet style with fruit, cereals, eggs, bacon and rolls together with several types of cakes and croissants. Coffee from machine and fresh fruit drinks were readily available. Evening meal usually had 2 meats and a fish option served with vegetables with salads also available. A great alternative was to book your evening meal at the Pestana Miramar or Grand which served restaurant standard meals. Hotel was in a good area about 20 minute walk into the town.Also nearby was a small shop which sold everything including water and milk. Highly recommended!

Experiência fantástica: Mimo, że jest to już starszy hotel to bardzo przyjemny. Obsługa jest tu przemiła. Pokoje są ok. Polecam, pieszo do centrum, chociaż można wrócić autobusem nr 01 lub 02 za około 1,5 euro na dzień dzisiejszy. To jest kompleks dwóch hoteli, żeby w drugim zjeść należy zamówić w recepcji.

Experiência positiva: Magnifique établissement utilisé deux jours suite à une annulation de vol à l'aéroport. Repas dîner et petit déjeuner très complet, bon, et diversifié et personnel très agréable malgré le nombre de personnes à gérer ! Extérieur magnifique avec nombreux arbres et végétation et piscine très agréable. Hôtel très bien situé également. Il faudrait cependant que le bruit de ventilation dans les chambres soit moins prononcé. Sinon parfait !

Experiência fantástica: Mein Mann und ich waren 14 Tage dort und fanden die Anlage sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und manchmal wurden die Schlafanzüge und Handtücher noch liebevoll drapiert. Der Poolbereich ist sauber und gepflegt. Mein Mann hatte während unseres Urlaubs Geburtstag, auch da hatte das Hotel eine Überraschung parat, hübsch dekorierter Tisch mit kleinem Kuchen und einer Flasche Sekt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Experiência fantástica: Wat een fijn verblijf! Erg lieve mensen die daar werken, zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk en betrokken bij de gasten. De hoogtepunten van het verblijf zijn toch wel echt het ontbijt en het zwembad. Super lekker ontbijt en prachtig gepresenteerd. Het zwembad is heel mooi en super schoon. Afijn, ook nog een tip: een ‘stille’ kamer waar een baby’tje kan slapen is wel fijn (wanneer de gasten moeten wachten tot ze de kamer in kunnen). S’avonds is de live muziek aardig hard, zodat je het op je kamer kunt horen. Misschien de tussendeuren op de gang op dat tijdstip sluiten of wat zachter musiceren misschien? De sfeer die het appartement/hotel uitstraalt voelt heel warm, zoals thuis!

Experiência fantástica: Wir kommen seit einigen Jahren in dieses Hotel, und wir mögen es sehr, am Abend im Foyer, bei der immer sehr tollen Livemusik noch etwas zu trinken. Doch in diesen 14 Tagen war der Service von der Bar richtig lausig.

Experiência positiva: Hotel Pestana Vilage to hotel 4 gwiazdkowy. Moja ocena powiązana będzie z 4 gwiazdkami. Hotele Vilage i Miramar są ze sobą połączone za pomocą przeszklonego łącznika, co jest bardzo dobrym pomysłem. Jeden i drugi hotel usytuowany jest w przepięknym ogrodzie. Można się nawet nie zorientować i znaleźć w drugim hotelu. Autobus podjeżdża pod samą recepcję hotelu Vilage. Przy przyjeździe naszego autobusu od razu pojawił się pomocny pracownik hotelu. Miły pan dwoił się troił w pomocy przy transporcie naszych bagaży. Wejście do hotelu usprawnione z łagodnymi podjazdami, co ułatwiało transport walizek. Formalności w recepcji ograniczone do minimum. Wypisanie danych osobowych trwało krótko. Do tego brak opłaty klimatycznej, co jest dużym plusem. Błyskawicznie otrzymałem dwie karty do pokoju, opaski inclusive i kartkę z informacjami praktycznymi. Pierwsze wrażenie bardzo korzystne. Super dekoracje świąteczne w holu recepcji. Pokój duży i elegancki z widokiem na ogród. W łazience informacja z prośbą o nie wywieszanie ręczników na balkonie ze względów estetycznych. Dlatego dziennie wymienialiśmy ręczniki, z czym nie było żadnego problemu. Pokój wyposażony w aneks kuchenny. A w nim lodówka, czajnik elektryczny, sztućce, garnki , naczynia itp. Meble w pokoju zniszczone, ściany częściowo brudne. Pokój wymaga odświeżenia. Zaskoczeniem dla mnie był brak półek w szafie. Za to dużo wieszaków. Bardzo dużym minusem był brak prywatności związany z tym, że słyszałem wszystkie odgłosy z sąsiedniego pokoju, nawet kaszel. Mój pokój 113 połączony był z zamkniętymi drzwiami z sąsiednim pokojem i to był powód słyszenia naszych sąsiadów. Pokój wyposażony w wizjer i dzwonek elektryczny. Na suficie w pokoju duży wentylator z regulacją obrotów. Nie przeszkadzały mi komary i małe mrówki. Nie znalazłem klimatyzacji i ogrzewania, jednak nie było mi to potrzebne. W hotelu znajduje się siłownia i tekstylna sauna. Do tego baseny zewnętrzne i basen wewnętrzny w drugim hotelu. Najsłabsza strona hotelu to jedzenia nie przystające do hotelu 4 gwiazdkowego. Na wszystkich posiłkach mały wybór potraw. Jakość serwowanych posiłków kiepska. Zawsze było mięso i ryba oraz zupa. Duży wybór świeżego pieczywa i owoców: super ananas. Bardzo przystępne godziny posiłków. Nie było bananów, które rosły na każdym kroku na Maderze. W ramach inclusive szeroki wybór trunków alkoholowych i bezalkoholowych. Przy hotelu przystanki autobusowe. Warto wykupić np. bilet 5- dniowy. W hotelu codziennie występ wokalny. Brakuje w hotelu przechowalni z prawdziwego zdarzenia. Wszystkie bagaże zostały na holu przy recepcji. Podsumowując: hotel godny polecenia, parę rzeczy do poprawienia. Bardzo chętnie przyjadę jeszcze raz.

Restaurantes com comida saborosa! Limpeza impecável o Staff sempre bem apresentável! Sem dúvida voltarei a este Hotel!

Experiência fantástica: Udany pobyt w przyjemnym miejscu. Bardzo uprzejma i miła obsługa. Pokój powinien zostać odnowiony, jednak był przestronny i bardzo czysty. Panie sprzątały codziennie. Hotel leży w uroczym ogrodzie na wzniesieniu, z którego roztacza się widok na ocean, otrzymałam taki pokój. Alkohole dobrej jakości. Z chęcią tam wrócę.

Experiência positiva: Super schönes Hotel! Kein Hotelklotz, sondern eine liebevoll gestaltete Anlage. Zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen, insgesamt aber gut gepflegt. Tolle Lage, Funchal Stadt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Personal überwiegend sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Unser Appartement war schon älter, aber dennoch ok. Die Reinigung war leider eher mittelmäßig. Das war für uns der einzige Minuspunkt an dem Hotel. Ansonsten hat es uns dort sehr gut gefallen.

Experiência fantástica: Só tenho a agradecer por providenciar uma férias excelentes. O staff é bastante simpático e atencioso. O hotel em si é muito lindo e fica numa ótima localização perto do cetro da cidade e mesmo assim consegue ser sossegado, não esquecendo de mencionar as opções para refeições, restaurantes muito bons não só no hotel mas também perto do mesmo.

Experiência fantástica: Antigo mas não velho. Lindos parques, diversas piscinas, restaurantes, serviço maravilhoso, imensas opções aos mais diversos níveis. Espaço para usufruir, saunas ginásio muitas atividades, a 15 minutos a pé do centro.

Experiência positiva: Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schönen Garten gelegen gegenüber des Reids Hotel, leider ohne Zugang zum Meer. Zimmer war in Ordnung, das Badezimmer leider mit Wanne, was für ältere Leute nicht ganz einfach ist, zumal der Duschkopf so hoch angebracht ist, daß ich diesen nur auf Zehenspitzen erreichen konnte. Alles nicht mehr zeitgemäß und für ältere Leute nicht empfehlenswert. Frühstück und Abendessen waren lieblos angerichtet und nicht schmackhaft, oft wusste man nicht, was man auf dem Teller hatte. Essen nicht empfehlenswert. Indoor Pool im Nachbar Hotel und recht klein. Außenpool zwar schön, aber recht kalt. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Für unser Verständnis höchstens 3 Sterne Hotel.

Experiência positiva: Przebywając w hotelu ma się wrażenie pobytu w ogrodzie tropikalnym. Ogromną ilość roślin różnych gatunków oraz ogolna czystość sprawia niesamowita przyjemność pobytu. Bardzo fajny duży basen. Wyżywienie dobre, na uwagę zasługuje bardzo wysoki poziom obsługi w restauracji. Jest miło, sympatycznie a zarazem profesjonalnie. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Wyróżniają się duże, wygodne łóżka. Nie polecam pokoi na parterze. W nocy okna parterowych tarasow raczej muszą być zamknięte - wychodzą bezpośrednio na teren hotelu. Duży plus za szybki internet na terenie całego hotelu, nawet w ogrodzie i na basenie ;).

Experiência fantástica: Minha experiência no hotel foi realmente incrível! A equipe do hotel foi extremamente simpática e prestativa desde o momento em que chegamos até o momento em que saímos. O quarto em que ficamos era espaçoso, confortável e muito limpo. A cama era extremamente confortável e eu tive uma ótima noite de sono.

Experiência positiva: Pasamos una semana en el hotel. La habitación era muy cómoda, amplia, cama grande, zona con sofá y mesa y terracita. Además tiene una cocina separada con nevera y congelador, vajilla y menaje bastante completa. Hervidor y placas eléctricas si se quiere cocinar. El servicio es muy bueno. Hay música en directo casi cada noche en el patio central. El bufete del desayuno es bastante completo aunque los embutidos no son de muy buena calidad. La cena está incluida y se puede tomar en el bufete o en dos de los restaurantes de otros dos hoteles de la cadena. El del Grand fue una decepción, muy pobre. El que más nos gustó fue el A Vila que tiene una carta variada de buena calidad y se puede elegir. Lo único que las bebidas no están incluidas y te pegan la clavada de 4'5€ por una botella de agua o una copa de vino. El personal es excelente, amables, simpáticos y la cocina funciona a buen ritmo. La piscina está muy bien, es grande. Lo más bonito es el jardín con esa vegetación de la isla con tantas flores, una preciosidad. El parking es de pago. Dan una tarjeta para entrar y salir por la barrera . Está bien ubicado para recorrer la isla o ir al centro de Funchal. También hay autobuses al lado, un par de supermercados pequeños y algunos bares y restaurantes . Quartos: Tienen cocina Alimentos e bebidas: Es mejor reservar en la máquina de reservas de recepción para cenar en el hotel que está justo al lado.
