The facilities are excellent with a good selection of free weights, kettlebells and power racks. There's also plenty of machines if that's what you need. We dealt with two staff members who were both helpful and friendly throughout. Plenty of options for post workout protein too! Don't be put off by any reviews criticising the gym rules, they're sensible and there's no issues sticking to them.

On top of it I could buy l-carnitine drink which I usually use white training. I think they have also things like protein shakes etc. so if you're on your vacations you don't have to bring all this stuff with you.

Very welcoming staff, didn’t feel at all ‘looked at’ whilst exercising (we’re not gym bunnies) and didn’t feel at all out of place. The selection of free weights was totally OK, the machines are mostly for people without a clue. maybe 1 more power rack would be good..squatters and chest-people are squrrying around the same areas and it got a vit crowded. Maybe more locks for bars as well, maybe write bar weights with a permanent marker to bar ends. Will go again in a day or two.
