Experiencia fantástica: Bizi is a relatively new indoor cycling studio with friendly staff and instructors and has affordable prices. Bikes include a computer that shows RPM, power (Watts) and resistance level and the display backlight changes colour (white-blue-green-yellow-red) depending on your current power output as a percentage (%) of your max power output. The LED lights in the studio change colour during the class and the idea is to match the colour of your own bike’s display backlight to the colour of the room. Regular shoes can be used because the peddles have straps. I would recommend to bring your own small towel and water bottle. It’s a good place to exercise if you are staying in the local area.
