Experiencia fantástica: My wife Anne and myself ( we are both 63) use a PT twice a week in the U.K. so when we came to Tenerife for a 6 week stay we wanted to continue our routine. We were so pleased to have found Debbie. She is an excellent trainer and adapts her sessions to cater for your individual requirements . She is extremely focused on maintaining good posture and is very disciplined in her approach . We had 11 sessions with her and were delighted by what we covered and achieved. Experiencia fantástica: I visited Enhance Fitness whilst on holiday. I tried all but one of the classes and all offered something new which I hadn’t tried before. The classes were small in numbers but this meant I got Debbie’s full attention (so no room for cheating!) Meta Fit was a particular challenge, although I do Meta fit in England, with Debbie’s full attention this was on a different level!! Debbie was totally focused on ensuring I used and maintained the correct techniques throughout all of the classes for maximum results. Whilst ensuring the fun element of exercise was not forgotten with a great range of music from across the decades. Everyone being her favourite, lol!... I really enjoyed my daily workouts with Debbie and will definitely be returning on my next holiday to Tenerife. Thanks Debbie ;0)
