Experiencia positiva: Sehr dunkles kleines Fitnessstudio auf zwei Ebenen. In der 2. Etage hat man teilweise sehr schönen Meerblick. Die Fitnessgeräte sind ein einziges Potpourri an unterschiedlichen Marken und größtenteils sehr abgenutzt. Leider kleben die Griffe der Geräte aufgrund des Altes und fehlender Reinigung. Zudem sind viele Gewichsangaben nicht mehr zu erkennen. Die meisten Spinde in der Umkleide sind aufgrund defekter Schlösser nicht nutzbar. Der Nassbereich ist jedoch auf den ersten Eindruck sauber. Meerblick und das Vorhandensein von den wichtigsten Geräten haben zu einer 3Sterne statt einer 2 Sterne-Bewertung geführt. Die Tageskarte kostet 7 € (Stand 04/25)

Experiencia negativa: Ich war vor kurzem dort trainieren. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang meinte nach meiner Begrüßung "Hi, ich hätte bitte gerne eine Tageskarte" nur "da stehen die Preise" Das Gym ist eher dreckig und herunter gekommen, man hat alles was man braucht, es ist allerdings mit Geräten überladen. Von Bankdrückstationen wimmelt es nur so, dafür sucht man einen Rock vergebens und findet nur einen einzigen Kniebeugenständer. Alles in allem kann man dort sein Training machen, aber es ist nicht sauber und das Personal unfreundlich. PS: Auch der Sanitärbereich wirkt nicht sauber und bei einer Dusche gab es auch kein warmes Wasser

Experiencia fantástica: Salle réellement parfaite pour des séances complètes de musculation pendant les vacances (je pratique la musculation depuis plus de 20 ans et dans cette salle de bord de mer il y a réellement tout ce qu’il faut). La vue sur l’océan depuis la salle du haut est top ! Le prix est très raisonnable : 30€ pour une semaine d’abonnement (douche comprise car il y a 3 douches dans les vestiaires hommes). Aucune hésitation à avoir : c’est dans cette salle qu’il faut aller à Maspalomas !

Experiencia fantástica: Muy Buen gimnasio a la antigua, pero cumple todos los requisitos. Barra para hacer dominadas, cinturon para lastrarte, discos de todos los kg, dips, extensiones lumbares e incluso tiene terraza con vistas a la playa. El precio son 7€ pase diario o 3 días x 15 € Pase mensual = 60€ Muy recomendable y muy amables.

Experiencia fantástica: Ein gutes Gym. Hat für jeden Muskel mehrere Geräte zur Verfügung. Hat einige Ausdauergäte wie Laufband, Fahrräder, Stepper und Spiningräder. Über all Spiegel zum sich anstarren beim Training. und im Obergeschoß gibt es die Möglichkeit zu eigenen Training z.B. situps, Entspannung oder Joga.

No es un macro gym pero sin duda totalmente recomendable en playa del inglés Gran Canaria. Y se me olvidaba la playa en la misma puerta genial mientras entrenas los niños se bañan y tú a lo tuyo si quieres puedes. A super complete, clean, tidy old school gym with all the lovely people. It is not a macro gym but without a doubt totally recommended in Playa del Inglés Gran Canaria. And I forgot the beach at the same door, great while you train, the children bathe and you do your thing, if you want you can.

Experiencia fantástica: kleines, sehr feines Fitnessstudio direkt am Strand :-), leicht von allen Hotelanlagen fußläufig erreichbar: tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und Meeresbrise von den (Cardio)Geräten im 1. Stock aus; im Erdgeschoss Ventilatoren zur Kühlung; Es ist wirklich alles an Ausstattung vorhanden, was das Trainingsherz begehrt - von allen möglichen Geräten, über Langhanteln, unzählige Hanteln und Scheiben in allen Größen und Ausführungen, Boxsack, Freitrainingsfläche usw. Geräte teilweise zwar etwas älter, aber in gut gewartetem, absolut funktionstüchtigem Zustand; Nur der Boden wäre teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, davon würde das Studio sicher von der Optik her profitieren - aber wer schaut schon auf den Boden beim Training ?; Umkleiden, Duschen, Spinde usw. ebenfalls vorhanden; wirklich sehr nettes Personal, das immer hilfsbereit ist; angenehme, familiäre Atmosphäre; habe für zwei Wochen 40 Euro bezahlt, war jeden Tag 2,5 Stunden dort (ein Einzeltraining kostet 7 Euro) - absolut faire Preise! Komme im nächsten Urlaub wirklich gern wieder! Danke an alle! :-) Bin zu Hause bei Fitness First - tausche den Boden dort gern gegen meine geliebten fixen Metalllanghanteln, die ich hier die letzten 14 Tage hatte und leider nicht in den Flieger mitnehmen kann ...

Experiencia positiva: Alles in allem ein gutes Gym. Preis ist okay und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Die Geräte unten sind schon etwas alt (was nicht schlimm ist) manche leider schon etwas zu sehr heruntergekommen. Der gesamte Raum ist nicht mehr im besten Zustand, was ich aber nicht schlimm finde. Oben der Bereich ist aber super. Wenn man auf dem Laufband läuft hat man Blick auf Palmen und Meer. Auch die Maschinen sind moderner als die im Erdgeschoss. Außerdem sind oben immer deutlich weniger Leute als unten. Kann man definitiv machen!

Experiencia fantástica: Gimnasio perfecto, máquinas algo antiguas pero dan las prestaciones que se necesitan. Consta de muchos ventiladores, casi uno encima de cada máquina; tiene dos plantas, abajo están algunas máquinas de pierna, pecho, espalda, barras, mancuernas, poleas; arriba están algunas de piernas, gemelos, piernas, más poleas, sitios para hacer dominadas. Arriba además hay un tatami con saco de boxeo y espacio agradable, también posee de una terraza arriba, está a pie de playa y es cómodo el acceso. El precio es bueno, relación precio está perfecto, sin duda si vuelvo a Gran Canaria iría allí.

Die 5 Euro bekommt man zurück. Über 2 Etagen sind Sportgeräte. Viele Maschinen aber auch viele Freihanteln. Als ich da war, sprach der Mitarbeiter am Empfang deutsch.

Ok..... die Geräte sind nicht der neuste Standard aber sie erfüllen immer noch ihren Zweck. Ein kleines Studio zwar aber mit netten und freundlichen Personal. Preis-Leistung und Öffnungszeiten sind ok. Leicht zu finden mit Blick auf den Strand. Ich war immer morgens nach dem Frühstück dort und kann daher nicht viel sagen was oder wieviel Gäste dort über den Tag verteilt trainieren. Ich fand es ok und mehr wollte ich nicht , im Training bleiben.

Tienen tanto pesas libres, máquinas de entrenamiento de fuerza como un gran área para artes marciales y estiramientos, además de entrenamiento con el propio peso. ¡Habría entrenado aquí regularmente si viviera en la zona! Compré un abono semanal y no tengo dudas de dónde entrenaré la próxima vez que esté de vacaciones cerca de Playa del Inglés. ¡Recomendado encarecidamente para todos, desde entrenadores de fuerza hardcore hasta el deportista general! Aquí tienen una amplia selección para la mayoría de los tipos de sesiones de cardio y fuerza. ¡Y la vista desde el segundo piso es simplemente preciosa! He entrenado al amanecer cada mañana.

Kjøpte ukes abonnement, og er ikke i tvil hvor jeg skal trene nestegang jeg er på ferie nær playa del ingles! Anbefales på det sterkeste til alle fra hardcore styrketrenere til den generelle mosjonisten! Experiencia fantástica: El gimnasio Olympic Beach está ubicado en la playa y tienes una gran vista. Los empleados son amables. Las máquinas funcionan bien. La atmósfera es simplemente genial y tienen muchas máquinas agradables y suficiente peso para todos. El precio es realmente aceptable. Especialmente la zona de máquinas para piernas es muy buena.
